Excelente hotel. Aqui parece o hotel Hollywood. Hotel com arquitetura dos anos 50, provalvelmente foi adquirido a pouco tempo e reformado as pressas. O café é cobrado a parte, o estacionamento também. O centro da ilha fica a 3 km ao sul e tem boulevard com lojas americanas. Pé na areia com piscina. Eu recomendo.

Antes de tudo lembre que é um hotel 2/3 estrelas. Hotel atendeu a todas as expectativas em todos os sentidos. Muito bem localizado, todos os membros do staff foram muitos atenciosos. O banho é bom o quarto era limpo e silencioso. Claro que tem os pequenos problemas, o hotel não é novo mas parece estar renovando os quartos. O box ainda tem aquela cortina. Mas são detalhes. Estou satisfeito com o hotel e com certeza voltaria. Nada como estar a passos da areia naquele mar espetacular. Ótimo custo benefício. Recomendo

Quartos sem frigobar, quartos muito antigos, café da manhã horrível, cheio de pombas na piscina (que mexem na sua comida) tinha uma pomba sem uma parte da cabeça, atendimento de correios horrível ( o funcionário puxou o pacote da mão do meu filho), funcionários grossos sem preparo nenhum, banheiro minúsculo e sujo cheio de cabelos quando eu chegue! Horrível nunca vou voltar e não recomendo pra ninguém!!

Me quede con mi esposo una sola noche, llegamos la atención de la recepcionista del turno de la noche muy buena, pero la habitación muy deteriorada de verdad para el costo no fue muy buena, la tarjeta no abrían las puertas, pedimos 2cócteles en la piscina y tardaron una barbaridad y la verdad el bartender necesita un poco más de preparación para hacer tragos ya que nos sirvió agua con un poquito de azúcar más nada no fue lo q esperábamos de los cócteles, íbamos a pagar otra noche xq realmente la ubicación es espectacular pero en la noche nos dijeron un precio y en la mañana nos pusieron un aumento de 200$ x la misma habitación algo ilógico!! En la noche nos indicaron que nos devolverían 50$ por seguro que dejamos como depósito y al salir la manager nos dice q eso lo devuelven a los 5 días otra cosa que me molesto muchísimo!

First impression is of the utmost importance and it will be the last impression. From the time we arrived up to the location, walking into the lobby of where we were going to stay for our vacation was not good. From the start of entering into the hotel the smell of mold, huge leak in the lobby was not good. Then to be hit with a Resort fee after it said "No Resort fee" on the Hotel (Lexington)website when we Booked online in October 2021. Apparently, this has been a problem for quite some time the condition of the Hotel. We went with friends and I must say, I didn't read the reviews well enough before booking. The pictures are deceiving on the Website. The furniture looked beautiful on the site, but once you get there most of the furniture is in bad condition. The first room we was placed in; it had a leak, the floor was wet near the Heating and Air Condition unit. It had a mold odor and old smell to the room, rust on bottom of bathroom door and other areas. A huge gap in the entry door at the bottom of the door. The Clothes Closet light was out. The rug on the floor was in need of cleaning and just old with spots. The advertisement does not match the website. The pictures is not what you view on the site. Be very careful setting on some of the black chairs- furniture cushion does not have good pads. Not saying this is a negative but the language communication was very challenging with the Maid Services. The positive was the location! Perfect location! Close to the beach, CVS, Food places and BusLines, Hop On Hop Off Bus both bus lines right in front of the hotel. Lots of locate businesses in walking distance.

Una excelente ubicación, bellísima vista hacia la playa y el mar, buen precio. Lamentablemente una pésima administración. Reparaciones mal hechas en los baños, el techo del lobby (que alguna vez fue muy lindo) se cae en pedazos por filtraciones que no parecen recientes; se encuentran baldes, plástico y cielo falso roto en cuanto entra. Muy mal servicio en su restaurante y el intercomunicador del parqueo no funciona, hay que cruzar la calle e ir a avisar a la recepcionista que abra (imposible si uno va solo porque no hay lugar en el andén). Él único servicio sobresaliente es el del botones, don Orlando; amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

The good: Staff was relatively friendly which I appreciated. Hotel backs up to the beach & boardwalk, which is nice. The bad: We booked a King room several weeks in advance but when we arrived they put us in a double room and told us that's all they had available. They sold my room out from under me and didn't even bother to make it right by an upgrade, discount, or anything at all for that matter. The next night they put us in the room we actually paid for....The rest of the cons are below. Non-Smoking room actually smelled like a cigar lounge. ABSOLUTE PAPER THIN WALLS (We barely got to sleep while we were there) Tub drainage issues - you stood in ankle deep water. The bottom of the bathroom door had water damage for about 4 inches up the door. Overall quality of this hotel was not good. Seemed like it's heyday was in the 80's & 90's. Having been a business owner, I am always very sympathetic to management because I know how hard it can be to satisfy people. They're often unusually hard on businesses because they forget that behind that corporate name are people. But that said, this place is poorly managed. I will never make the mistake of staying here again. The first two days of what was supposed to be more of a getaway for my wife and I was spent trying to manage their mistakes for which they never even tried to make up for.

Lo mejor de todo: el personal encantador amabilisimo y muy servicial sobre todo la Srta Jennifer una genia total siempre muy bien predispuesta Las habitaciones muy amplias hermoso ventanal al mar Camas y almohadas muy cómodas La ropa blanca impecable El baño un poco pequeño Necesitaría una renovación pero así no está mal Si es necesario mayor aislacion de ruidos provenientes de los pasillos Muy lindas la piscina y la salida directa a la playa

Estoy alojada hace 2 días y no tengo agua caliente, tremendo me cambiaron de habitación y tampoco tenía agua caliente, además contraté desayuno buffet y me dicen que no estaba incluido. No vuelvo más a este hotel

Pésimo muy malas instalaciones el servicio es horrible El estacionamiento lo cobran adicional y es exactamente costoso NO RECOMENDABLE 1.000 veces mejorMARCO POLO ECONÓMICO Y CON ESTACIONAMIENTO INCLUIDO. Buenas instalaciones y salida a la playa 😎

They deserve no star. What a nightmare. Checked in and was told my reversation was canceled as per the front desk, after I had confirmed with them directly the night before. Had to pay again, then they found my reservation at midnight by then. I was put into a moldy room with a urine smelling bathroom. Tub and sink has hairs. What birthday disaster. Had to check out the next morning due to allergies and they refused to upgrade room. Never again for them and Booking.com.😡😡

Customer service is excellent. They found me a ocean front view room even when one was not available. Renovated rooms are very nice! And for the price on the beach? You cannot beat this spot would recommend it highly. Also pool bar that you can also order food from

This hotel has a great swimming pool, great beach access, and clean rooms. The Beaches bar is very noisy, and it seems to be the only place to get food. There is no room service from the Beaches bar. There is no buffet breakfast as promised. There is no refrigerator in the each room. The staff is very cheerful and professional, and they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Hice una reservación del 24 al 28 de agosto, me retiré el 25 de agosto del hotel porque no era lo que esperaba, como el primer día me cobraron el valor total de mi estadía, me dijeron que me iban a devolver en 5 días útiles, estamos 8 de septiembre y siguen sin devolverme los 958 dólaresque me cobraron, porque adicional a ello se descargaron también el monto de los tres días que me hospede. Necesito una respuesta ahora mismo.

Me hospedéen este hotel del 12 al 17 de agostode 2021 y no ME DEVOLVIERON UN DEPOSITO DE U$50.0 A MI TARJETA DE CREDITO.SE ROBARON MI DINERO. . A LOS NUEVOS VISITANTES LES SUGIERO PONER MUCHO CUIDADO.

Worst hotel ever. They messed up the reservation and bed. Booked 1 king bed and gave us two double bed. That was our anniversary. Absolutely worst front desk service ever. They were so rude. Mevee coming back. When I go back I will definitely talk to manager.
