“Um tratamento requintado, como deve ser em hotéis desta categoria, todo o pessoal à altura da categoria hoteleira, educado e extremamente atencioso, pronto a resolver e facilitar os desejos de qualquer hóspede. Buffet variado e requintado, talvez o único mas. A esplanada do Claris, francamente para um local desta categoria, esperava um restaurante a condizer. Nós pedimos algum peixe a la carte e ficamos desapontados. Seco e não tão fresco quanto esperávamos. Todo o resto um lugar ao qual iremos certamente tentar regressar.”
