“Bom resort, quarto muito grande. A água é clara, mas muito lixo na água e na costa. Péssimo serviço de recepção. Os arranjos de transporte mudam várias vezes; não se comunica ativamente com os hóspedes para transporte, mas precisa perguntar muitas vezes. Espere 1 hora para um carro pegar e depois acabamos andando 10 minutos ao meio-dia com nossa bagagem para o check-out. Tantas desculpas. Mas como convidados, por que é nossa preocupação?”

“Good resort, very big room. Water is clear but a lot of trash in the water and on the shore. Bad reception service. Transportation arrangements change multiple times; not actively communicating with guests for transportation but need to ask them many times. Wait 1 hour for a car to pick up and then we ended up walking 10mins at noon with our luggage for check out. So many excuses. But as guests, why is it our concern?”
