Compared to our experience last night at a Hilton property in Phoenix, this place is top of the mark.Efficient, friendly and focused on the client.All the staff we encountered, from the shuttle driver, front desk, restaurant/lounge to housekeeping were professional and courteous. The facility is well maintained and convenient to Houston Hobby Airport. Definitely on our favorites list and will be visited again on our next trip to the area. Comparado à nossa experiência ontem à noite em uma propriedade Hilton em Phoenix, este lugar é o melhor. Eficiente, simpático e focado no cliente. Todos os funcionários que encontramos, desde o motorista do ônibus, recepção, restaurante / lounge até a limpeza, foram profissionais e corteses. A instalação é bem conservada e conveniente para o Aeroporto Hobby de Houston. Definitivamente em nossa lista de favoritos e será visitado novamente em nossa próxima viagem à área.

The rooms are so nice. The dining area where we ate breakfast is clean, sanitize, and the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful, friendly & professional. It's right next to hobby airport to everyone. Os quartos são tão bons. A sala de jantar onde tomamos o café da manhã é limpa, higienizada e a comida deliciosa. A equipe foi muito útil, amigável e profissional. É bem próximo ao aeroporto de hobby para todos.

Their catering dept could do a better job estimating as food was gone before all ate.At first glance all looks nice but you can tell it is getting dated and needs a refresh. However, those who were able to get some food said it was delicious. Staff very courteous and attentive. Eu estava aqui para uma reunião e tudo correu bem. Seu departamento de catering poderia fazer um trabalho melhor estimando como a comida acabou antes de todos comerem. À primeira vista, tudo parece bom, mas você pode dizer que está ficando desatualizado e precisa de uma atualização. No entanto, aqueles que conseguiram alguma comida disseram que estava delicioso. Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos.

This place was an amazing experience as far as hotels go. On top of that, at least from my experiences and perception they were so accommodating and mindful to the National Federation of the Blind members who were here over the weekend. As a vendor working there I saw Dawn pass me at least 50 times in one day as she went out of her way to escort guests from one side of a very large DoubleTree hotel to the other side. The cleaning staff was also so sweet and happy to be around. Oh, and their warm cookies are delicious! Este lugar foi uma experiência incrível no que diz respeito aos hotéis. Além disso, pelo menos pelas minhas experiências e percepções, eles foram tão receptivos e atenciosos com os membros da Federação Nacional de Cegos que estiveram aqui no fim de semana. Como vendedora que trabalhava lá, vi Dawn passar por mim pelo menos 50 vezes em um dia, enquanto ela se esforçava para escoltar os hóspedes de um lado de um grande hotel DoubleTree para o outro lado. Rooms were decent and clean. I wished the rooms got as cold as the halls though.We came mostly to use the pool and chill for the weekend.The pool was smaller than it looked on the website and they have no lawn chairs to sunbathe so we layer towels on the floor. The bar and restaurant were good. The receptionist up front was a bit rude and that bothered me. I got a room. Went upstairs...called and asked if I could get a pool view room and let them know I did not touch anything in the room. The person I spoke to was kind ..got me the room and even threw in a balcony. She set me up told me to go downstairs and inform the receptionist up front. I thought she Was the girl downstairs.When I go down. The lady didn't even want to look at me. Didn't want to smile. Exchanged the keys in a way that made me feel as I did something wrong. Seriously to the point where I felt like I had to apologize for the inconvenience."I'm sorry guys...but If I pay for a room and i get the option to get a cozier room with a balcony.. why not"? Os quartos eram decentes e limpos. Eu desejei que os quartos ficassem tão frios quanto os corredores. Viemos principalmente para usar a piscina e relaxar no fim de semana. A piscina era menor do que parecia no site e eles não têm cadeiras de gramado para tomar sol, então colocamos toalhas de camada no chão. O bar e restaurante eram bons. A recepcionista na frente foi um pouco rude e isso me incomodou. Eu tenho um quarto. Fui no andar de cima ... liguei e perguntei se eu poderia obter um quarto com vista para a piscina e que eles saibam que eu não toquei em nada no quarto. A pessoa com quem falei foi gentil .. me deu o quarto e até jogou uma varanda. Ela me armou e me disse para descer e informar a recepcionista na frente. Eu pensei que ela era a garota lá embaixo. Quando eu descer. A senhora nem queria olhar para mim. Não queria sorrir. Trocou as chaves de uma maneira que me fez sentir como se tivesse feito algo errado. Sério, a ponto de me sentir como se tivesse que me desculpar pelo inconveniente. "Desculpe pessoal... mas se eu pagar por um quarto e tiver a opção de pegar um quarto mais aconchegante com varanda... por que não"?

A comida no restaurante Landing e no Bar and Grill foi excepcional. Rosario cuidou de nós para o almoço em 14/10 e café da manhã em 15/10 e ela foi fantástica nos dando uma experiência de 5 estrelas. Obrigado por uma estadia maravilhosa. Foi um prazer!

I asked them more than I ask my kids to clean their room. Bring your own air and water. Oh they brought me a Walmart fan you sit on the floor to keep mosquitos away so now I can barely hear the TV because it's loud. So it's either watch TV or be hot. The cookies are good though Comida é boa. Mas está quente no quarto. Não consegui me comunicar com a manutenção, não nos entendíamos. Oh, o motorista do transporte foi bom. Eles não me traziam água no café da manhã. Pedi mais a eles do que aos meus filhos para limpar o quarto. Traga seu próprio ar e água. Oh, eles me trouxeram um ventilador do Walmart que você senta no chão para manter os mosquitos longe, então agora eu mal posso ouvir a TV porque é alto. Então é assistir TV ou ser gostoso. Mas os biscoitos são bons

I can’t sing the praises of this hotel enough! When you think airport hotels, this Doubletree stands out above the crowd. Fantastic in house restaurant, one of the best tasting I’ve experienced at a hotel. All the staff from checking in to house keeping to the breakfast servers to the waiters and waitresses were EXCEPTIONAL. The breakfast area is a courtyard area with glass atrium ceiling and a water feature, quite the ambiance considering I’m staying within eyesight of the airport I’m flying out of tomorrow. Speaking of airport, I never once heard any noise of any sort that could’ve disturbed me in my sleep. Finally, I want to give a shoutout to Joy at the front desk and Jacquelyn from breakfast who in their execution of their roles, with smiles and professional friendly attitudes, reminded me why I have gone all in on Hilton properties! Eu não posso cantar os elogios deste hotel o suficiente! Quando você pensa em hotéis de aeroporto, este Doubletree se destaca acima da multidão. Fantástico restaurante da casa, uma das melhores degustações que experimentei em um hotel. Todos os funcionários do check-in para manter a casa para os servidores de café-da-manhã para os garçons e garçonetes foram EXCEPCIONAIS. A área do café da manhã é uma área de pátio com teto de átrio de vidro e uma fonte de água, bastante ambiente, considerando que estou ficando à vista do aeroporto de onde estou saindo amanhã. Falando em aeroporto, nunca ouvi nenhum barulho de qualquer tipo que pudesse me perturbar durante o sono. Por fim, quero dar um alô para Joy na recepção e Jacquelyn no café da manhã, que na execução de seus papéis, com sorrisos e atitudes profissionais amigáveis, me lembraram por que fui all-in nas propriedades do Hilton!
