Este lugar é nojento! Mesmo depois de solicitar um novo quarto, o 2º foi pior que o primeiro. Ele cheirava. O carpete estava sujo e precisava de uma limpeza completa ou, melhor ainda, deveria ser puxado para cima. Havia manchas brancas no sofá, grossas teias de aranha nos cantos e uma família de aranhas vivendo na banheira.

Quando chegamos e fomos para o meu quarto, o quarto estava sujo e a TV estava ligada. Parece que me deram o quarto sujo. Então fui para a recepção e consegui outro quarto. Há muitos cabelos femininos no quarto, mas o quarto estava um pouco limpo. O controle remoto da TV está quebrado e o AC está alto e não conseguia dormir. A fechadura não estava funcionando bem e tinha que pegar uma nova chave todos os dias. Pedimos para obter toalhas novas e nunca veio. Vi outra senhora reclamando do serviço na recepção. O quarto não era barato e foi um dos piores hotéis que fiquei. Evite usar este hotel com Marriott.

Nice hotel, convenientemente localizado perto de lojas de departamento e restaurantes. A bênção na recepção foi ótima, precisa de mais desses trabalhando na frente. Satisfeito com o quarto que recebemos, banheiro, camas, sofá extra. Normalmente não assisto TV em hotéis, mas o que eles me divertem. Café-da-manhã também foi muito bom, boas seleções, arranjo de sala de jantar aconchegante, feliz que não é o café da manhã de saco marrom que outros hotéis oferecem. Deu uma olhada em um par de salas de eventos e eles parecem bons.

Bonito hotel, convenientemente ubicado cerca de grandes almacenes y restaurantes. La bendición en la recepción fue simplemente genial, necesito más de estos trabajando al frente. Satisfechos con la habitación que nos dieron, el baño, las camas, el sofá extra. Normalmente no veo la tele en los hoteles, pero lo que tienen me entretiene. El desayuno también era muy bueno, buenas selecciones, acogedor arreglo de comedor, me alegro de que no sea el desayuno de bolsa marrón que ofrecen otros hoteles. Eché un vistazo a un par de salones y se ven bien.

This place is disgusting! Even after requestinga new room, the 2nd was worst than the first. It smelled. The carpeting was dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning or, better yet, should be pulled up. There were white stains on the couch, thick cobwebs in corners and a family of spiders living in the tub.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near department stores and restaurants. Blessing at the front desk was just great, need more of these working up front. Pleased with the room we got, the bathroom, beds, extra sofa. Don't normally watch TV on hotels, but what they've have got me entertained. Breakfast was also very nice, good selections, cozy dining room arrangement, glad it's not the brown bag breakfast others hotels provide. Took a peek at a couple of function rooms and they look nice.

When we checked in and went to my room, the room was dirty and TV was on. Looks like they gave me the uncleaned room. So went to front desk and got another room. There are lots of women’s hairs in the room, but the room was some what cleaned. Tv remote controller is broken, and AC is loud and couldn’t sleep. The lock wasn’t working well, and had to get a new key everyday. We requested to get new towels and never came. Saw another lady is complaining about their service at the front desk. The room wasn’t cheap and it was the one of the worst hotels i stayed. Avoid to use this hotel with Marriott.

Os quartos estão desatualizados. O sofá precisa ser trocado. Parece ter alvejante ou algo manchado nele. Frigobar não gelava. Ferro e tábua de passar roupas precisam ser trocados. O suporte de papel higiênico está muito longe do banheiro. Tenho 5'4 e tenho que me levantar e dar um passo para alcançá-lo, então tive que mantê-lo fora do suporte. Se Hospedaram 2 noites 3 dias e arrumação não. A equipe foi amigável.

Normalmente, não deixo comentários, mas fiz o check-in e 10 minutos depois de pegar meu filho e eu e toda a nossa bagagem no andar de cima - liguei para a recepção para um reembolso porque me recusei a ficar naquele quarto sujo. As paredes pareciam não ter sido lavadas desde que construíram o prédio - quase como se houvesse um revestimento sobre elas. Cabelos ao redor da pia, enormes manchas de água no teto, manchas na lâmpada, telefone, rejunte no chuveiro parece absolutamente nojento e tinha mofo preto em alguns cantos, as placas de base pareciam nunca ter visto sabão. Quero dizer, foi o pior hotel que já estive. Normalmente, não reclamo ou peço reembolsos, mas absolutamente não poderia ficar lá. Eu direi que eles não brigaram comigo quando eu disse a eles que queria sair e com um reembolso. Ela me disse tudo bem e liberou a cobrança no meu cartão. Ainda não recebi o reembolso, mas tenho certeza que levará alguns dias. não recomendo.

Pelos alrededor del fregadero, enormes manchas de agua en el techo, manchas en la lámpara, el teléfono, la lechada en la ducha se ve absolutamente asquerosa y tenía moho negro en algunas esquinas, los zócalos parecían como si nunca hubieran visto jabón. Quiero decir, fue el peor hotel en el que he estado. Normalmente no me quejo ni pido reembolsos, pero definitivamente no podría quedarme allí. Diré que no pelearon conmigo cuando les dije que quería irme y con un reembolso. Ella me dijo que estaba bien y liberó el cargo en mi tarjeta. Todavía no he recibido el reembolso, pero estoy seguro de que tardará unos días. No lo recomiendo.

The rooms are outdated. The couch needs replacing. Looks to have bleach or something stained on it. Fridge didn't get cold. Iron and ironing board needs replacing. The toilet paper holder is wayyyyyy to far from the toilet. I'm 5'4 and have to stand up and step to get to it so I had to keep it off the holder. Stayed 2 nights 3 days and housekeeping doesn't come. Staff was friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I checked in and 10 minutes after I got my son and I and all of our luggage upstairs- I called the front desk for a refund because I refused to stay in that dirty room. The walls looked like they haven’t been washed since they built the building- almost like there was a coating over them. Hairs around the sink, huge water stains on the ceiling, stains on the lamp, phone, grout in the shower looks absolutely disgusting and had black mold in some corners, base boards looked like they’ve never seen soap. I mean, it was the worst hotel I’ve been to. I don’t normally complain or ask for refunds, but I could absolutely not stay there. I will say they didn’t fight me on it when I told them I wanted to leave and with a refund. She told me okay and released the charge on my card. Haven’t gotten the refund yet, but I’m sure it’ll take a few days. I don’t recommend.

Estamos em Hampton visitando do Texas e recebemos uma verdadeira hospitalidade do Texas. Existem 2 pessoas que foram acima e além durante a nossa estadia de 4 noites aqui. Era a tripulação noturna Jeanette e Ritchie. Mesmo depois de alguns contratempos e sérias confusões que NÓS causamos, nossa estadia foi fantástica. Um grande grito para aqueles 2 que mantiveram o profissionalismo e permaneceram educados durante todo o calvário. Esses são os tipos de funcionários que precisam ser valorizados! Outras coisas que são importantes mencionar é que os quartos são limpos, a limpeza realmente se importa. A piscina é cuidada e o café da manhã foi satisfatório. Também a localização é ótima! Walmart fica na rua, e muitos restaurantes ao redor. Este será o nosso local de descanso na nossa próxima visita aqui.

El personal era genial, las habitaciones estaban bien, el desayuno era bueno. No diría que es el mejor, pero mucho mejor que los otros dos hoteles a los que fui.El personal fue probablemente el más amable de los otros dos hoteles a los que fui en mi viaje.

We are in Hampton visiting from Texas and got some real Texas hospitality. There are 2 people that went above and beyond during our 4 night stay here. It was the night crew Jeanette and Ritchie. Even after a few hiccups and serious confusion that WE caused, our stay was fantastic. Huge shout out to those 2 that kept it professional and stayed polite throughout the whole ordeal. These are the types of employees that need to be valued! Other things that are important to mention is the rooms are clean, housekeeping actually cares. Pool is taken care of and breakfast was fulfilling. Also the location is great! Walmart is down the street, and lots of restaurants around. This will be our place of rest on our next visit here.

The staff was great, rooms were okay, breakfast was good. I wouldn't say it's the best but a lot better than the two other hotels I went to. The staff was probably the most friendly out of the two other hotels i went to on my trip.

A limpeza e o estado do quarto eram muito bons, mas a configuração do quarto era um pouco inconveniente. O papel higiênico era difícil de alcançar quando necessário, a TV tinha que ser girada para ser vista da área principal ou da cama, o ar condicionado estava funcionando constantemente desde que a cama foi cortada da ventilação e havia uma luz piscando acima a cama (que era irritante quando as luzes estavam apagadas, para dormir). La limpieza y el estado de la habitación eran muy buenos, pero la configuración de la habitación era un poco incómoda. El papel higiénico era difícil de alcanzar cuando se necesitaba, el televisor tenía que girarse para verlo desde el área principal o desde la cama, el aire acondicionado funcionaba constantemente ya que la cama estaba aislada de la ventilación y había una luz parpadeando arriba la cama (que molestaba cuando las luces estaban apagadas, para dormir). No estoy seguro si todas las habitaciones son así, pero fue para la mía.

The cleanliness and status of the room was very good, but the configuration of the room was a little inconvenient. The toilet paper was hard to reach when needed, the TV had to be swiveled to be seen from either the main area or the bed, the ac was constantly running since the bed was cut off from the vent, and there was a light blinking above the bed (which was annoying when the lights were off, for sleep). Not sure if all the rooms are like this, but it was for mine
