The small cafe inside the hotel is very busy I. The morning as people get ready for a day stmt Disneyland. The cafe workers are running around accommodating everyone. Isaac, who has a great smile and sweet demeanor goes out of his way to offer outstanding service with a great attitude. I would imagine it would get tough being pleasant all the time especially when it gets busy, but he manages to do so. Great crew and great service at this little Bistro. Definitely recommend!

Great hotel with a great staff! No issues finding parking and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ruben at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. Informed us of all the amenities the hotel had to offer and general information about the surrounding area. The rooms were immaculate (before we barged in) and had a very clean smell. The hotel is also walking distance from Disneyland and is pretty much in the center of the entertainment hub by Disneyland, which is super convenient! Will definitely be staying here again for the hotel and the service provided by the staff.

This is a nice hotel and I have no complaints about anything, but what took it from good to amazing was the service. Every person we dealt with went above and beyond to be helpful. I specifically want to mention Preston at the front desk, Robert the chief engineer, and I unfortunately did not get the names of the men working in the bistro but we dealt with two over the course of four days and they were incredibly accommodating, really beyond what I'd ever expect. I will definitely be returning to this location when we are back in Anaheim. Friendly, pleasant, cheerful staff who seemed truly invested in giving us a good stay. We really appreciated it.

Friendly staff, nice clean room, parking was secure and not too expensive. Joanna at the front desk was very helpful. I left an item behind after i checked out and they offered to ship it to me or hold it until i return to Anaheim. They also stored my bicycles for me. The pool was very refreshing and we enjoyed it while taking a mid afternoon break from Disneyland. They do need a shower at the pool to rinse off before and after a swim & I wish they had free coffee in the lobby.

This is one of the nicest and roomiest Courtyards that we’ve stayed at. The rooms are really spacious and very clean with not much extra nonsense. The closet is spacious and there is a nice long luggage bench that slides in and out of the counter/ desk for more room if needed. There is about 8’ of free space on the window side, with only a chair and ottoman that makes it feel really spacious and open. The beds are comfortable and there were several different types of pillows! The bathroom is spacious, the shower is very nice and clean, and the shampoo/ conditioner and soap smell very nice. The only down side is that the entry light is a motion light, so if you get up to use the restroom in the night the entry light comes on and wakes up the whole room! It would be helpful to have an off button or instructions if there is one, lol. The lobby is spacious and has plenty of seating areas. The guy working at Starbucks had so much going on, he was doing his best to keep up with what he had going on in the back and maintaining the front and making the drinks… hire someone else to help this guy! The guy that checked us in could have been a little more polished. We requested a suite upgrade, and when my husband asked about it he said “That’s not an option, we’re very busy at this hotel.” A much better response would have been something honest like “I’m sorry, we weren’t able to accommodate that.” Instead of the lame reason he gave. We’re lifetime Titanium members and are familiar with the busyness of hotels. The elevator is incredibly slow and takes forever. You also have to have a key to get in anywhere-which is nice for security, but annoying if one person doesn’t have a key and can’t use the elevator or lobby restroom. Pictures are after we stayed in the room because we checked in at midnight after a long day at Disney and did not take pictures before showering and crashing out!
