The hotel was in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food in the restaurant. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Secure well lit parking. The housekeeping staff was great and also friendly.Stayed for business for a week and it felt like extended family each morning as I was greeted on my way to breakfast. I will definitely stay here again! Also Shy at the front desk was very welcoming! O hotel estava em uma ótima localização. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Ótima comida no restaurante. Quartos limpos, camas confortáveis. Estacionamento seguro e bem iluminado. A equipe de arrumação foi excelente e também amigável. Fiquei a negócios por uma semana e parecia uma família extensa todas as manhãs quando fui recebido a caminho do café da manhã. Eu vou ficar aqui novamente! Também tímido na recepção foi muito acolhedor!

Habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas. Estacionamiento seguro y bien iluminado. El personal de limpieza era genial y también amable. Me alojé por negocios durante una semana y me sentí como una familia extendida cada mañana cuando me saludaron camino al desayuno. ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo! ¡También Shy en la recepción fue muy acogedor!

Upon checking in I was given a room and it was clearly evident the bathroom was dirty. There were large black shoe prints on the floor. The front desk gave me another room and I was told it was checked for “ cleanliness” I discovered a bar of soap in the the soap holder with pubic hairs on it. Nothing was done I suppose they were afraid to touch it?. An email to the assistant gm and housekeeping mgr went unacknowledged. Makes one wonder what else is overlooked in regards to housekeeping. This hotel is nothing short of nasty. No check-in, foi-me dado um quarto e era evidente que o banheiro estava sujo. Havia grandes pegadas pretas no chão. A recepção me deu outro quarto e me disseram que foi verificado quanto à “limpeza”. Descobri uma barra de sabão no porta-sabonete com pelos pubianos. Nada foi feito, suponho que eles estavam com medo de tocá-lo? . Um e-mail para o assistente gm e o gerente de limpeza não foi confirmado. Faz alguém se perguntar o que mais é esquecido em relação à limpeza. Este hotel é nada menos que desagradável.

Típico Hilton, não gosto muito do fato de você ter que solicitar a limpeza do quarto. Pequeno-almoço um pouco repetitivo a longo prazo, o buffet um pouco pobre para o custo. Equipe amigável. A localização é um pouco descentralizada do centro da cidade mas no lado oposto da estrada existe uma pequena zona comercial onde se encontra de tudo um pouco. Recomendado para estadias de negócios.

My husband and I stayed here at the end of July into the beginning of August. We had a wonderful experience and positive interactions with all the staff we encountered. The entire hotel seemed very clean and quiet. We will probably stay here again if we make it back down! Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui no final de julho até o início de agosto. No entendí porque me dieron una habitación para personas con discapacidad, en términos generales la habitación tenía un olor desagradable creo que era la alfombra y el aire acondicionado cuando realizaba el ciclo de apagado y encendido automático soplaba el mismo olor desagradable, al entrar a la habitación estaba caliente ya que el aire estaba apagado, el control remoto del tv no funcionaba, creo que deben hacerle una limpieza profunda a esa habitación para que pueda estar buenas en condiciones para su uso.

Desk was dirty and sticky. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, instead of putting me in a new room they sent maintenance to fix it and instead of actually fixing the drain they poured drain-o down the sink for and hour. Of course the sink continued to have problems all week but why bother reporting it again, I just lived with it. The shower was bombed out-Clearly needed to be replaced I felt like I could fall through the floor at any moment.If you try to park after 8pm good luck there’s not enough spots for some reason and oh by the way you have to pay $7/night to park! The kitchen was under construction so I didn’t order any food. The beds were clean and the bar was good that’s the only reason for a 3 star.

Esta é a segunda vez que escrevo um comentário porque parece que não foi entregue. Nossa estadia no Hilton foi ótima. Embora houvesse alguns problemas de arrumação que dissemos à recepção. A geladeira tinha alguma substância pegajosa que não havia sido limpa; havia um copo de plástico sujo embaixo da pia do banheiro; nozes debaixo da cama, junto com um lanche de Pringles e uma garrafa parcial de bebida debaixo da outra cama. Se não fosse por isso, uma classificação melhor teria sido dada.

This by far is the worst hotel I've stayed in and can't believe it's under Hilton. My family is staying at multiple rooms for the weekend due to our reunion. Myself have rented two rooms. The rooms are outdated with old nasty carpet, the bathroom toilet is not staying on the seat which is gross and the staff is so rude...ALL OF THEM. And you all have the nerve to charge for nasty breakfast? We purchased 20+ rooms with dozens of family members, so why is there a fee for the breakfast? We also have the ballroom which was 80+ degrees so we had to shut down our event early. The units they brought in to cool down the room did NOTHING but cause noise. Noise so loud, we couldn't hear our speaks present. When asked for a mic, we was told that will be a fee. A FEE because your Ac don't work and you all had the noisy non-working units from Sunbelt? This place was a disaster and I will not stay here anymore nor do I recommend this location to anyone especially with large parties. Their was no hotel accomodations at all to our large party. Minha família está hospedada em vários quartos para o fim de semana devido à nossa reunião. Eu mesmo aluguei dois quartos. Os quartos estão desatualizados com carpete antigo e desagradável, o banheiro do banheiro não fica no banco, o que é nojento e a equipe é tão rude ... TODOS ELES. E todos vocês têm coragem de cobrar por um café da manhã desagradável? Compramos mais de 20 quartos com dezenas de membros da família, então por que há uma taxa para o café da manhã? Também temos o salão de baile que estava com mais de 80 graus, então tivemos que encerrar nosso evento mais cedo. As unidades que eles trouxeram para resfriar a sala não fizeram nada além de causar ruído. Barulho tão alto, não podíamos ouvir nosso fala presente. Quando solicitado por um microfone, nos disseram que seria uma taxa. Uma TAXA porque seu Ac não funciona e todos vocês tiveram as unidades barulhentas que não funcionam da Sunbelt? Este lugar foi um desastre e não vou mais ficar aqui nem recomendo este local a ninguém, especialmente com grandes festas. Não havia acomodações de hotel para nossa grande festa. Eu não recomendo este lugar.

We were given a room that had a terrible moldy odor.Carpet looked filthy. Front desk staff was courteous and accommodating. They gave us another room which had less of a smell, but the curtain in the bathroom was just as bad and as stinky as the 1st room🤮. This is definitely not worth 270$ a night. Can’t believe this is under Hilton.
