Holiday Inn Express Miami Airport Doral Area, an IHG Hotel on 36th Street in Doral is a great place to stay for a good value when you are in the area. I really like the location and everything that they have to offer here including breakfast and the pool. Good overall experience coming here.

Stayed at this hotel while attending a bowl game, checked in around 4pm and went out to see the area. When I returned around 10:30pm I picked up a pop and water and had it added to my room. I went up to the room to get ready for bed and shortly after I had another guest walk into my room after using a key card given to him by the front desk. The phone didn’t have an option to call the front desk so I looked up the number and phoned down. They blew this off without any concern, stated it was a mistake don’t worry about it. I wait till the morning and went down to talk to them directly, I was told by the lady at the front desk that she heard about it. Again didn’t seem like there was much concern. I asked to speak with a manage and was told to come back Monday. (I flew out on Saturday) I went back up to the room and got ready for the day, I purposely put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door so no one would enter. I went out for the day and returned to my room being entered and cleaned. This hotel has a huge concern with personal safety.

Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones son cómodas, realizan el aseo cada 4 días pero te lo indican en el check in y se puede pedir limpiar antes sin costo, incluye desayuno pero es poco variado, cuenta con parqueadero y las personas del hotel son muy amables, volvería a quedar con mi familia nuevamente, gracias x todo

Great overnight location for a morning flight. The check-in was super fast and the staff is very nice. The breakfast was very good. The place is very clean and Covid friendly.

No hay limpieza de los cuartos todos los días toca a cada uno tender la cama, sacar la basura y pedir toallas. No cambian las toallas solo cuando uno pide y el desayuno bastante básico no hay variedad y un día la leche estaba dañada y nadie hizo algo para arreglar. No se justifica para nada el precio que uno paga por los servicios que no están ofreciendo. U aparte hoy estamos si agua caliente y sin fecha para solucionarlo como puede pasar esto en un hotel. Terrible estamos descontentos y muy molestia por todos estos maltratos que no los dicen antes de resevar

Es un buen hotel en relación precio valor. Las habitaciones son amplias, camas cómodas y con baño privado. Sobre el baño, lo incómodo es que no tiene centro piso para el desagüe del agua que salpica de la bañera cuando uno se baña aunque cierres la cortina. Tienen buen desayuno de salado y dulce, aunque es repetitivo para varios días. El desayunador es un poco pequeño para cuando el hotel está lleno. Lo desagradable es que la limpieza la hacen a tu llegada y cuando entregas la habitación, dicen que es cada 5 días, pero estuvimos 6 días y nunca limpiaron. La excusa es el Covid, pero me pareció que la verdadera razón es la ausencia de personal.

Stayed there for a weekend. Liked it! Good rooms with all features we needed. Good location, close to a lot of local restaurants, entertainment places etc. front desk people were nice and helpful. We’re able to find the par place there every time. Will be on our list for the next trip to the area!

How truly disappointing was the stay at this establishment. The room was filthy. There was random hair all over; on the floor, in the shower, and around the kitchen area. Multiple pillowcases were dirty. The shower door did not remain closed while I was trying to shower with my toddler. The toilet did not flush properly. If I would have been able to check out that day I would have. Sadly, I was in town visiting my father who is battling cancer and didn’t have a lot of time. I did not want to waste it trying to find a new hotel for only a couple of nights. When I reached out to management they came up and removed the blocked paper from the toilet and offered me a credit. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak with the manager, Daniel Orellanos, who had offered me the credit before my check out. When I went to check out I was informed that there was no credit posted to my account and I would have to speak with Daniel again. Since he seemed helpful at the moment I was confident that the credit would be reflected on my account after I checked out; I was very sadly mistaken. I emailed the manager twice and received no response. I then called and once I spoke to Daniel again he informed me that I would not receive any credit. He stated that when he removed the paper from the toilet that it was fixed even though you still had to hold the lever down to completely flush and no paper was allowed to be put inside. He then stated that because I refused cleaning service the next day because my 18 month old daughter was sleeping - that it was in fact my fault for not wanting to resolve the issue. He also informed me that 3 grown adults went into the shower together and turned it on to test if the door stayed closed. He said it was in fact staying closed which I know is a complete lie. If you don’t care about cleanliness or customer service then go ahead and book your stay at the Holiday Inn of Doral. I will be reaching out to the upper management of DHM Hotels and to IHG Hotels and Resort. Additionally, I will be reporting a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

After visiting 2 other filthy hotels and canceling my reservation, I came to check this hotel before giving up. It was everything I expected :Clean, affordable, friendly staff and free buffet style breakfast. Front desk CANDY was amazing, made accommodations for me to assist my recovery since I had just had surgery. I loved it so much I extended my stay.
