Esta foi a pior estadia de sempre. No primeiro dia em que chegamos, eles nos mudaram de guarnição porque a porta do banheiro não abria nem fechava. Dois dias depois que o a / c quebrou e tínhamos formigas saindo da tomada elétrica, pedimos para nos mudarmos novamente. Em seguida, no terceiro quarto a parede do chuveiro estava muito suja, muitos mofo e teias de aranha em todos os lugares. É evidente que a limpeza não é feita corretamente ou de forma alguma. A prateleira do armário estava quebrada e o teto e as paredes tinham rachaduras por toda parte, e O café da manhã é terrível! Eles também se esqueceram de mencionar que a piscina coberta e o centro de fitness não estão abertos. Minha família e eu não vamos ficar aqui novamente!

This was the worst stay ever. The first day we arrived , they moved us trims because the restroom door did not open nor close. Two days after the a/c broke down and we had ants coming out of the electric outlet, so we requested to get moved again . Then in out 3rd room the shower wall was very filthy, lots of mold and spider webs everywhere. Clearly the cleaning is not done correctly or at all. The closet shelf was broke and the ceiling and walls had cracks everywhere, and The breakfast is terrible! They also forgot to mention that The indoor pool and the fitness center are not open.My family and I will not be staying here again !

Only thing I liked was the layout other than that this place needs a makeover big time. The entry place had a tripping hazard right in the entrance they had trash cans and buckets by the front desk because of leaking water. They Gave us a half roll of toilet paper none extra the shower was stained and busted aka needs to be remodeled the head board cushion was all cracked and ugly this place is a no go I expected something a lot better carrying that Marriott name and if this is their standards that's nuts

Teve uma ótima estadia. O quarto era limpo e eu adoro a partição da mesa. Era perfeito colocar nossa mochila e brincar de um lado e as outras crianças e nós poderíamos interagir do outro lado com um pouco de separação na hora de dormir. Recepção amigável e o cara que serviu café da manhã foi educado e amigável. Recomendaria e ficaria novamente. Graças à equipe do Marriott!

Quarto estava sujo. Os lençóis não pareciam ter sido lavados. Os lençóis e cobertores tinham uma mancha de urina. A mancha atravessou o cobertor e caiu nos lençóis. Encontrou um bandaid sujo no balcão próximo ao balde de gelo. As folhas também tinham manchas de comida. Lixo em volta da cama. Muito insatisfeito para um Marriott.

Room was dirty. The sheets did not seem like they had been washed. The sheets and blankets had a urine like stain.The stain went through the blanket and onto the sheets.Found a dirty bandaid on counter next to ice bucket.Sheets also had food like stains.Trash around the bed.Very unsatisfied for a Marriott.

Had a great stay. Room was clean and I love the desk partition. It made it perfect to put our pack n play on one side and the other kids and us could interact on the other side with a bit of separation for bed time. Friendly front desk and the guy that served breakfast was polite and friendly. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks marriott staff!

A lot of reviews on cleanliness and i have to agree. I wish i had checked reviews before booking. I might just cancel and look for another place. They have everything closed due to COVID which is fine, but then I get to the second floor and there are dirty trash bags just piled up on top of each other right outside the elevator! Not just that, but there's food all over the floor as well! Sticky stains everywhere. So gross!! It is a good thing they have other facilities closed they probably wouldn't keep up with cleaning that either! 🤢

It breaks my heart having to leave this review since I am a platinum elite member and I love Marriott. I travel a lot so I stay at s lot of hotels and my preference is always Marriott. How ever, this needs to be known. Photos will be provided below. At the moment of checking I requested the bedding for the sofa bed, we left to have dinner meanwhile thinking by the time we are back it will all be there, we were tired from traveling. Not a big deal, I just came back downstairs to get it, when I open the sofa bed and the bedding is where the bigger problems started to unfold.. the bedding was not clean, it had previous hair and looked like sweat and pee stains. The mattress had pee stains and hair as well. Just not clean at all. Then the sink will not drain. We were all unpacked and tired, ready for bed. The last thing we wanted was to re pack and having to move rooms. Then the next thing, on the elevator there’s the schedule for breakfast listed, that’s totally convenient, it states weekends open until 9:30am. After not sleeping comfortable from feeling in ease and un clean, I came down to the breakfast area at 9:00am sharp thinking I had 30 minutes left for breakfast for all 4 of us. Nope. Breakfast ended at 9:00am and we had no knowledge of it when the schedule posted on the elevator said 9:30am. Just all along one thing after the other bad after bad thing. I will not be coming back to this property, and I felt like I was not at a Marriott quality hotel at all.

I had chose this place, 1. because they advertised a shuttle and I was coming into SAT late, and 2. because they offered breakfast. Now I know we are coming on a year of pandemic, but that’s even more reason why this should’ve been sorted out and addressed within that year. Here’s what happened, I called for a shuttle to only find they didn’t have one available and I was instructed to take a cab in which they would reimburse me (which they did) The kicker was breakfast, cereal and boxed oatmeal, a few breakfast bar’s, no milk containers for cereal, and coffee pots empty. I had to stop the maintenance guy to get coffee and it was obvious that it wasn’t his job. The receptionist was not at the front desk but locked away in a back room. I have traveled enough to know whether a hotel is trying or they just flat out don’t care. In this case the latter appears to be true and appearances are all that are needed to tarnish a places reputation. I know better than to stay at a Marriott franchise and here’s why. It’s basically hit or miss. Some owners that Marriott lends there name to, take that to heart, and others just don’t. Some realize what using someone’s brand means. The onus though lies with Marriott who has broadened there market so vastly, that they don’t seem to have as much oversight. Let me first say that Marriott used to be a sure bet for me but I have over time come to realize that if it isn’t there flagship hotel’s, then I must stay away.

Se reservo un cuarto con una cama King y nos dan un cuarto con dos camas Full. El cuarto tenía el techo cuarteado y la alfombra estaba sucia.El Hotel tiene una buena ubicación, es bonito pero sería mejor con una buena administración que se preocupe por tener un excelente servicio y el local en buen estado. Y por favor, que los empleados muestren algo de cortesía y amabilidad.
