This is not a 5 stars hotel. They did not bellman at the entrance. The heater in the room was not working. Attendant in the front was also very frustrated and told me that there was not engineers available to resolve the heating problem. It’s was midnight. I never make any bad hotel review but this deserve it. If you like a 5 starts hotel go somewhere else

Great little property nestled in the AZ desert. The rooms are all cute little bungalows with patio areas. The property is sprawled out and there are fire pits and hammocks around to relax at. 2 pool areas, 1 for families, and 1 for adults only. Location is close to everything, and very convenient.

Nossa experiência no resort foi interessante. O serviço foi excelente. Hardware foi uma experiência mista. Se você tiver sorte de conseguir uma suíte Sonora, então você estará pronto para ir. Em nossa primeira noite, tivemos azar de ficar em um quarto normal com cama king size e vista para o estacionamento. Nuestra experiencia en el resort fue interesante. El servicio fue excelente. El hardware fue una experiencia mixta. Si tiene suerte de conseguir una suite sonorense, estará listo para comenzar. Nuestra primera noche tuvimos la mala suerte de quedarnos en una habitación king normal con vista al estacionamiento. La habitación contigua tenía animales de fiesta que nos mantuvieron despiertos toda la noche. La pared era fina como el papel. El hotel tuvo la amabilidad de trasladarnos a otra habitación.El paisaje es hermoso. Recomendaría este resort. ¡Aunque diría que vale la pena actualizarse a una suite!

Our experience at the resort was interesting. The service was superb. Hardware was a mixed experience. If you are lucky to get a Sonoran suite, then you’ll be set to go. Our first night we were unlucky to stay in a normal king room with the view of the parking lot. The connecting room had party animals that kept us up all night long. The wall was paper thin. The hotel was kind enough to move us to another room. The landscaping is beautiful. I’d recommend this resort. Though I’d say it is worth the upgrade to a suite!

Las habitaciones son de estilo moderno de mediados de siglo, limpias y cómodas. My girlfriend and I love staying here! The first class service from first contact to checkout is phenomenal. Rooms are mid-century modern style, clean, and comfortable. The main pool is great and there is an adults only pool if you don’t want to be near any children which is nice.

Took my boyfriend here for a surprise birthday trip and it was great! We had a bungalow suit which I highly recommend, we spent a lot of time just streaming the UFC fights by the pool. Jackson, our server, was awesome! Super friendly and quick to get everything we needed. Room was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Loved loved loved the outdoor shower. Location is great, close to all the places we had plans of going. Wasn't super impressed with the restaurants limited menu but not a huge deal to us. Also, didn't notice til after we got home but we were charged a $10 daily fee to self park? Maybe my fault for not checking that beforehand but seems kind of strange considering they have a tonnn of open parking spots? Anyway, would definitely recommend!

Eu e algumas das minhas amigas da faculdade organizamos uma viagem de reunião para o Arizona e reservamos Andaz e não poderíamos estar mais satisfeitos. Na chegada, somos recebidos com água e uma bebida alcoólica. Fomos escoltados para os nossos quartos espaçosos e para a nossa piscina semi-privada. Embora com o preço do resort, não houvesse um serviço de transporte disponível de e para o aeroporto, a viagem de Uber era barata. Andaz oferece traslados em um veículo de 7 passageiros para locais próximos ao resort. Eles até providenciarão traslados / traslados nas lojas e restaurantes que estão a uma curta distância (via carrinho de golfe), você só precisa ligar quando terminar de fazer compras ou jantar. O tempo estava quente!! O resort oferece um spa, mas eu não visitei. A única coisa que nos incomodou foi o custo diário adicional para amenidades que era necessário pagar no check-out. Eu vim aqui durante a baixa temporada de verão a negócios, que lindo hotel. Quartos lindos e espaçosos. O chuveiro em si vale a pena mencionar, este é literalmente o chuveiro dos meus sonhos. Eu poderia simplesmente ficar lá haha. Fácil de trabalhar no restaurante com ótimo café e café da manhã. Belos jardins. Bela piscina. A melhor equipe. Minha única nota negativa é que eu gostaria de ter tempo durante minha viagem de negócios para relaxar mais no Andaz. Eu recomendo uma estadia aqui.

This resort was nothing short of amazing. Gorgeous landscape, warm and friendly staff, clean rooms. Me and a few of my college girlfriends organized a reunion trip to Arizona and booked Andaz and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Upon arrival we we're greeted with water and an alcoholic beverage. We were escorted to our spacious rooms and our semi private pool. Although with the price of the resort, there was not a shuttle service available to and from the airport, the Uber ride was cheap. Andaz does offer drop offs via a 7 passenger vehicle to places in close proximity of the resort. They even will arrange drop offs/pickups from the shops and restaurants that are in walking distance (via golf cart) you just have to call when you are done shopping or dining. The weather was HOT!! The resort offers a spa but I didn't visit. The only thing that rubbed us the wrong way was the additional daily cost for amenities that was required to pay at checkout. There was also an issue with another guest and their choice to bring their 2 huge dogs to the resort and allowed them to swim in the pools provided for the guests. We were told someone would clean the pool but it didn't matter because the guest had their dogs in said pool more than once. I'm not sure of the policy on dogs but with the barking, howling and the pool situation, we were not comfortable with the dogs on the property.

Third time here. The service is great, and the crowds depend entirely on the season. It is pricey, so expect that - but take advantage of the happy hour (they call it Sunset Hour) from 430-630. Everyone is super friendly. The pool can get crowded depending on season - lots of kids here when we were here back in May, almost none Labor Day weekend. You might have trouble finding a chair, especially a shaded one, in the afternoon on weekends. Yes, they have the cabanas - but they’re truly about 50% overpriced for what they are. They’re almost always all empty when we’re there, and at $300 day/weekend and $200 weekday you need to be pretty invested in sitting at the pool. At half that price they’d be a no brainer, but the value isn’t really there and seems like most guests agree and fight for deck chairs. The rooms are great - I would spend the extra and upgrade to the Saarinen suites though, the private patio and double shower is really nice. My only complaint - the pillows! They’re either a sack of potatoes or three t-shirts inside another t-shirt. Please do something about this, Andaz. Everything else is nearly perfect.

I came here during the summer off-season on business, what a beautiful hotel. Gorgeous and spacious rooms. The shower itself is worth a mention, this is literally my dream shower. I could just hang out in there haha. Easy to work in restaurant with great coffee and breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful pool. Nicest staff. My only negative note is that I wish I had the time during my business trip to relax more at the Andaz. I highly recommend a stay here.
