“It was a mistake to choose this hotel. We chose this hotel because it is close to the hospital. When you enter the hotel, it smells old and damp. Immediately, I wanted to leave, but I had a sick child and I didn't want to disturb him by moving before surgery. The smell was even worse in the room where we were settled, plus the carpet had poorly been evicted. Whenever I breathed, I felt a sediment in my throat, a very unpleasant sensation, so I wanted to put the filter on my face. The windows cannot be opened and the air cannot even be vented. There was a very old renovation with popcorn on the ceiling, worn walls, stale mattresses, and low lighting that made the hotel seem very depressing. I was very disappointed with the Hilton. On the other hand, when I wanted to refuse to stay at the hotel, they told me that the manager was not there and that I would not receive a refund, despite the fact that it wasn't even 5 pm when I arrived. So the service and hospitality were not on an acceptable level for Hilton in my opinion.”

“Being that the hotel is in an industrial park, food options in walking distance were non-existent. I was hopeful that the dining option in the hotel was an option but it was terrible. The menu options were slim and the quality of the food was awful. I ate there once and had to order other options for breakfast and dinner each day there. The ice machines were broken on three different floors which was also frustrating, and the bathroom shower area had mold in several different spots. I would not recommend staying there if other options are available.”
