Hotel no centro de Miami, rua Chopin Plaza, número 100. Possui vista para vários pontos importantes, como o AmericanAirlines Arena. Graças à sua ótima localização oferece fácil acesso aos pontos mais visitados na cidade, como o Bayside Marketplace e as pontes de acesso à Miami Beach. Os quartos são modernos, luxuosos e decorados assim como todos os demais ambientes desse hotel. Possui no piso térreo um restaurante chamado Toro Toro e Starbucks. A piscina se localiza no último andar, com bar, música e vista para a Biscayne baía, academia e Spa. Todos os funcionários desse lugar são receptivos e prestativos. O estacionamento é pago separadamente e possui manobristas.

Excelente hotel, preço justo mas tem que ficar atento algumas taxas de conveniências que são cobradas. No momento do check-in vc assina uma taxa de serviços de 25us por pessoa, se vc tiver com uma família grande no final pode ter uma surpresa.

Stayed 4 days, loved the hotel and the view. Location was great and hotel staff were fantastic. We only disliked one thing;each day we ordered food we had to trash it because the refrigerator comes full with beverages, beer, etc. If u remove anything the sensors will charge your room. Additionally, there was not a microwave. Each day our food was a total waste.

Excelente localização, com estação do MetroMover na porta, ao lado do Bayside Market Place, próximo a Ross, Marshall's, CVS, American Airlines Arena e outros pontos de interesse. Os quartos são amplos, com uma cama enorme, banheira, ducha e uma linda vista da baia e do Bayfront Park. Tem uma taxa de resort (aprox. 15 dólares) que garante serviço de piscina, duas garrafas de água no quarto e wifi No lobby, o restaurante Toro Toro tem música e ambiente descontraído. Também há um Starbucks, uma loja da FEDEX para receber encomendas e uma loja da Álamo

Hola, vivo en Miami y pasamos fin de año en Cartagena. Este hotel es espectacular y especial. Todo el personal te atiene con amabilidad, el servicio es increíble, las habitaciones son agradables, limpias, modernas… la vista es hermosa. Es un hotel muy céntrico y familiar, pasamos el 31 de Diciembre en una cena que ofrecieron para el fin de año, la comida increíble de rica, los meseros muy atentos, la música sabrosa, gente libera de verdad. El Manager del hotel, siempre pendiente de todos los huéspedes. La verdad que lo recomiendo 10o%

The food in the club lounge was barely edible at best. Old, barely warm, dried out. If more attention was paid to quality it would be a perk. As it is, don't bother.
Room was nice. Bell service responsive. Slow front desk. Breakfast service was hit and miss. Convenient location for us. Dinner in the restaurant was good but silly high prices.

I had what I think might have been the best pedicure of my life on Christmas Day thanks to manicurist Marlyn and her precious daughter who works at the check-in desk. Maybe it was the fact that I was greeted with a glass of delicious champagne, but I’m pretty sure it was Marlyn’s (and her daughter’s) friendly nature and skilled hands. I was the last client of the day, which might make someone tempted to do a hurried job, but not Marlyn. She was as thorough as you can imagine, and gave me the most amazing leg massage on planet earth. It’s a good thing I don’t have a propensity for exaggeration. 😂 Many thanks to the InterContinental and its superior spa staff. What a perfect ending to a truly memorable Christmas in Miami.

Segunda vez que fico neste hotel. Boa localização com funcionários simpáticos e bom café da manhã. O único problema foi a cobrança indevida de um drink que mesmo após meu retorno não foi resolvido. Fora isso as duas estadias foram boas. Fica em frente ao lindo parque. Próximo ainda a lojas e bons restaurantes na Marina.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel as part of the tour, and we were very happy with it. The room was huge, with a gigantic, comfortable bed. The bathroom is of a decent size and has a bathtub. Breakfast is wonderful! Excellent service for the client!
