I love the employees here. I go to PVR a lot and it's just my tradition to stay at this hotel on the night before I depart. I can't stand stress of having to get to the airport the day of my flight.. They recognize me, they're extremely friendly, and they know I always book one night but if I can I'll stay an extra night, the housekeeping is immaculate. And they're always wanting to make sure I have everything I need. The ladies who make breakfast, make all that food with pride, they do it in an orderly fashion, making sure that all guests are safe from any possible covid transmission. They care. Truly. They abide by all the things in place to make sure everyone stays safe. It's mostly locals that stay here, and that's perfectly fine with me. Locals are orderly and friendly, respectful and selfless. The ladies know I'll have a long flight and make sure I've had enough to eat to get me thru my long trip. The only people I've ever seen not follow the simple guidelines are American. The price is fair. The beds are comfortable. You have an amazing pool that I will use while everyone else is scrambling to get to the airport. I can just walk over, after breakfast, get my test and come back and enjoy the pool until it's time for my flight. They are always willing to do what they can if they have the ability, to make my stay as relaxed as possible. I don't have one bad thing to say about the hotel. They have been so kind to me over so many years. They have GREAT employees. Employees can make or break a business. I hope the manager/owner reads this and knows, it's from the heart. Thank you for enduring such hard times and it's been my pleasure to stay at your establishment. Just a heads up. I do not recommend the casino that went in below the hotel. Stay away from it. Trust me. Get an Uber and go to another. Just please, know you will not win. Sorry, I have to warn people. As for the hotel itself. Please, don't raise your rates and don't go out of business. I tell everyone I know in my industry that if they are going thru PVR to go to your hotel. And they do and they agree. Perfect location, competitive rates, clean as can be and always protecting my health by following protocol. Thanks to the staff for being so kind to me all of these years. My stay always ends with a full belly and tons of authentic smiles.

Three star hotel but the breakfast makes it a four star. Good spot to stay the night if your flight is cancelled The rooms are really small. We stayed in the Fiesta Rewards section with an Upgraded Queen Room. It was so small but had the basics. There one water bottle for the guest and then two normal sized pillows. We ended up having to move rooms because the hurricane came and our window started the leak. That room was the same except it had some small pillows which I found odd. There is also a pool, but it was closed due to the tropical storm/ hurricane. The breakfast in the morning was so good. Not at all what I expected from this hotel. Wish I could have packed some away to take with me. The hotel is really close to the airport and you can walk there in about 5min. It is attached to the casino, a sushi place, a pharmacy, some car rental spots and also a great restaurant for grabbing a meal. Beside it is also a plaza with some shops and a grocery store. Overall would say this is a good spot to stay if you need to wait out a flight cancellation or aren't picky about where you stay. It was affordable so it allowed us to splurge on other things.

I have stayed at various One Hoteles over the years. The Vallarta property is one of my favorites. The pool gets sun throughout the day. It's within walking distance to the airport and if you want to go downtown it's easy to catch the bus. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can't wait for my next stay there.

Great location, two minutes away from the airport. Ten minutes away from the beach. Perfect for business travelers.
