“Excelente ubicación en pleno centro de Miami. Personal amable y bilingüe (inglés/español). Por la pandemia, no hacen limpieza si no la pides la noche anterior y debes pedir toallas nuevas sí las quieres. Olvidé una maleta en el hotel y me la tuvieron hasta que pude regresar por ella.”

“This review is not to be rude because i work for a hotel but the staff at this hotel were pretty rude and seemed as if they didn't want to be bothered. Our room wasn't as modern as we thought more old timey. On our 3rd day we didn't need a cleaning but some fresh towels and for our trash to be removed. After what seem like pulling teeth and going out and then coming back to the room "fresh towels" were thrown on the dresser and our trash cans were knocked over and the bags weren't properly placed. Due to feeling like we were unwanted we switched hotels. I can say the only good thing was being close to the bayside area.”
