“We had a good stay, bar a few niggles. In summary - we loved the room and the food at both the Bay and Tasca was excellent. Housekeeping could be stepped up a notch - small details like 2 towels for 3 occupants, not replacing toilet rolls were glitches. One of the elevators wasn't working, and as a result, there was a constant queue to get to the room, which was fairly annoying.”
