“Hermoso, las obras de arte de Botero le imprime mucha elegancia al sitio. Bello todo.”
— Roselia Pinto
“Good hotel.Leaves some to be desired for in certain regards.Solid luxury hotel at the tail end of Brickell.Good building.Nice pool.Let's look at each component.Rooms are good.Very well appointed.3-room bathroom, with a shower stall, separate toilet stall, and a large bathroom.Waste of a space massive hot tub. They need to ask guests who in 2021 uses bathtubs.Rooms have a lot of closet / drawer space, which is good.Nice windows, with great looks of city or the bay.Housekeeping was iffy. The one day, had to call 3 times to get housekeeping. They tell you that you will get house-keeping twice, if you ask for it (really, a turn down service which in these days means replenish the towels if needed).Used the text message system to ask for several things: ice, more filtered water, and extra pillows. Also, the sink was not draining, and called maintenance (on the phone). In each case, the calls were answered, and items delivered within minutes, so this is very commendable.Next, the common amenities.Pool is awesome. There is hardly anyone there.Cabanas are free.Which is simply A-W-E-S-O-M-E!Pool service was good.Although, the one day, pool food (BAHIA) was not so good judged by digestive outcomes.Used their on-site restaurant (EDGE) a few times. For the most part, service was OK.But when they got busy, quality went down.E.g., food did not come to specification.E.g., order beef well-done, and comes below medium.Order vanilla dessert, and get chocolate.Stuff like that.I guess companies still having labor issues after the pandemic. We would be in year 2122, and companies will still be blaming the pandemic for labor issues.Thank god for the flue of 1918.We have a centuries worth of blame to spread (until Covid 2019 showed up).The location of the hotel is OK.Really far end of the Brickell, far from all the happening. Now, if you LIVE there (like in Four Season apartments), this is good. But if you are visiting, this may not be so good, as you might want to be in them middle of things, say, closer to 8th or 10th street, vs 14th street. And those are NOT NY city blocks, bur quite a bit farther. That, and crossing a street in Miami is like crossing a high-way: they have 4 lanes, and cars somehow don't follow street lights.Multiple cars drove when lights showed pedestrian had right of way.You would think that they are in Compton and they would be shot at if not drive through the red light.Anyway, as far as Four Seasons is concerned, I would say a SOLID luxury hotel that you should DEFINITELY consider staying.A few things could be improved, but otherwise, definitely recommend.”
