Ótima experiência. Hotel um pouco antigo mas os quartos são bem amplos e limpos, funcionários atenciosos e excelente localização.

walking in, the lobby is beautiful! then you go up to the room. hallway had a very musky smell, the room is okay if it's just for sleeping. shower was rusty and had mildew, no mini fridge or microwave. The beds were comfortable though. Not a place I would stay twice though, especially for their rates.

Staff members were nice but whole facility seemed a bit short staffed. Rooms were exceptionally musty smelling but tidy. All areas seemed quite outdated except the restaurant which offered limited hours during our 5 day stay, mediocre food at best and again extremely short staffed. Our server was trying his best to keep up with the handful of occupied tables but he forgot multiple customers drink orders--we didn't get any beverages until we were well finished with our meal. The server told us verbally that the drinks would be on him but then continued to charge each person in our group for those beverages. Booked on recommendations for a surgical assistant academic program but would not recommend to others unless you are in desperate need for a place to stay or significant changes are made. Oh and ice machines don't work and there were often random chairs lying about in elevator lobby areas.

Beds are super comfortable. While it is an older hotel, they are keeping it up. Major bleach smell so it is being cleaned heavily. It is nice it isn't right down town so it is a little quieter, but only a mile or two to everything.

I paid $149 for a room on Hotwire. They rated it 3.5 stars. It made Travel Lodge look like the Ritz. It smelled awful from the hallway to inside the room. The paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. The carpet was stained and sticky. There was black mold on the ceiling from a leak. I could on and on, but I think you get the picture. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Millennium Maxwell House Nashville. The hotel overall was excellent. It is in need of updating- it needs to be refreshed. She is really starting to show her age. The staff was wonderful and the food was great. We really could have used the shuttle service. Both of us wear masks and try to social distance so with the proper precautions the shuttle should be able to run.

Em primeiro lugar, deixe-me dizer que Kelly na recepção deixou uma primeira impressão INCRÍVEL. Nosso grupo de 4 havia pegado um vôo mais cedo e chegou por volta das 8h00, para nossa AGRADÁVEL SURPRESA KELLY nos registrou. Esta foi a minha segunda estadia neste hotel e eu estava um pouco decepcionado com a aparência do lobby, como descobri Ao verificar no final de nossa estadia que NOVA mobília do lobby tinha sido encomendada. O primeiro quarto que nos foi atribuído "802" depois de desfazer as malas, recebemos uma ligação da recepção pedindo que nos mudássemos para o quarto 819, pois eles iriam trabalhar na água naquela linha. Depois de desfazer as malas pela segunda vez, nós quatro descemos até o "BAR" onde estavam servindo o café da manhã. Ao chegar tivemos o prazer de conhecer o DANIEL pela primeira vez. Daniel é uma VIAGEM, muito divertida, mas um pouco sobrecarregada, pois no dia em que chegamos foi a abertura do primeiro dia. Então Daniel era o barman, serviço de mesa e basicamente um show de um homem e fez o melhor que pôde com os recursos disponíveis para ele. Mais tarde no dia chegou a ajuda "GEORGE" ela fez uma EXCELENTE Margarita congelada, da qual comemos algumas. Assim, nosso primeiro de nossos quatro dias foi passado na piscina deles. A área da piscina foi bem conservada com móveis novos. Em geral, apreciamos a nossa estadia e ficaríamos lá novamente, esta propriedade é grande e os jardins são bem conservados. O PRÉDIO em si necessita de algum TLC. A madeira acima das janelas ao redor da área do restaurante / bar precisa ser mantida ou precisará ser substituída, também havia um cano de gás "VELHO" saindo do solo que é um risco de tropeçar em seu pátio de uma antiga fogueira. Novamente .... NO GERAL nós apreciamos a nossa estadia, este Hotel tem o POTENCIAL de ser um Hotel de CINCO ***** estrelas, apenas requer algum INVESTIMENTO.

First let me say that Kelly at the front desk made an AWESOME FIRST impression. Our group of 4 had taken an early flight & arrived around 8:00 am, to our PLEASANT SURPRISE KELLY checked us in. This was my second stay at this hotel & I was a little disappointed with the appearance of the lobby, as I found out when checking out at the end of our stay that NEW lobby furniture had been ordered. The first room we were assigned "802" after unpacking we received a call from the front desk asking us to relocate to room 819 as they were going to be working on the water in that line. After unpacking for the second time the four of us went down to the "BAR" where they were serving breakfast. Upon arriving we had the pleasure of meeting DANIEL for the first time. Daniel is a TRIP, very entertaining but a little overwhelmed, as the day we arrived was their first day opening. So Daniel was the bartender, table service & basically a one man show & did the best he could we the resources available to him. Later on in the day help arrived "GEORGE" she made an EXCELLENT frozen Margarita, of which we had a few. So our first of our four days were spent at their pool. The pool area was well maintained with new furniture. Overall we enjoyed our stay & we would stay there again, this property is large & the grounds are well kept. The BUILDING itself needs some TLC. The wood above the windows around restaurant/bar area needs to be maintained or it will need to be replaced, also there was an "OLD" gas line sticking out of the ground that is a tripping hazard on their patio from an old fire pit. Again....OVERALL we enjoyed our stay, this Hotel has the POTENTIAL to be a FIVE *****Star Hotel, it just requires some INVESTMENT.

The hotel is very nice. I love the fact that there's a bar and resturant inside of it. So you don't have to go far for entertainment. It's close enough to downtown that you can also enjoy festivities going on down there. The prices are extremely reasonable. So a great quality room with an affordable price is definitely a go. Over and above all, I'd definitely stay here again.

First I want to say that I appreciate the front desk staff for the amazing help getting my reservation set up. Coming to the hospital for even a follow up is scary but staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The bathroom needed some love. The paint was peeling in places and there was some white powder on the floor in front of our sink. I was disappointed that we didn't get to try the restaurant due to lack of staff. I did not complain nor am I complaining now. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is great. We would stay here again without another thought about it and will when we come back in a few months for surgery.

This hotel has a great location and a great view of the city. It is older, but has great parking and allows pets. The only thing they need to really improve on is the cleanliness of the rooms. They are surfaced cleaned but need some deep cleaning and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and the elevators and quick. Overall a good place to stay.
