“muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación, el desayuno tiene para todos los gustos y costumbres, mi punto negativo es que nos tocaron 2 camas juntas por lo que el cobertor tb era individual , nosotros habíamos pedido cama matrimonial, llegamos tan cansados y tarde que lo dejamos pasar. el hotel es limpio aunque tiene sus pequeños detalles, en resumen un buen hotel de 4 estrellas enorme y por supuesto impersonal.”

“Nice location and facilities. I have stayed twice at this hotel. Would rate the modest breakfast a 3/5. The staff is ok, but the receptionists, from my experience, left some to be desired on helpfulness. I left in the room some clothes - one piece held a lot of sentimental value - and called back a few days later to ask for way to retrieve those items. I was told I would be contacted and I never was. Until I called again a few more days later only to get a flat out answer - from another receptionist - that no items were reported found, only to get rushed. This ruined my experience. I'll be sure to book another hotel on my next business trip to BUD.”
