Minha estadia geral foi ótima ... atendimento ao cliente, limpeza, etc. Fiquei neste hotel por 2 semanas esperando para fechar minha nova casa e fiquei durante o auge da pandemia do COVID-19. O hotel estava bem limpo e aplicou o distanciamento social e outras medidas. Minha razão para as 4 estrelas - durante a minha estadia os pneus foram roubados do meu carro e meu carro estava estacionado à vista das câmeras de segurança do hotel. Quando a polícia PG chegou para investigar e revisar as imagens da câmera de segurança do hotel, eles foram informados de que a câmera não estava funcionando. Pelo dinheiro pago para ficar no hotel, as câmeras de segurança deveriam estar totalmente operacionais.

My overall stay was great...customer service, cleanliness, etc. I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks waiting to go to closing on my new home and stayed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hotel was well cleaned and enforced social distancing and other measures. My reason for the 4 stars -- during my stay the tires were stolen off my car and my car was parked in plain view of the hotel's security cameras. When PG Police arrived to investigate and review the hotel's security camera footage, they were told that the camera's were not working. For the money paid to stay at the hotel -- the security camera's should've been fully operational.

A senhora da recepção foi calorosa e acolhedora! Chegamos na segunda-feira à noite, 11 de julho de 2022. O quarto era agradável, moderno e limpo. Havia um funcionário na recepção naquela manhã que não era um pouco agradável. Mas no geral eles recebem as 5 estrelas. Faria de novo.

The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming! We arrived Monday evening, July 11, 2022. The room was nice, modern and clean. It was stocked with the things we needed and we were offered free complimentary waters. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, soap, etc. Breakfast was great, except that there was some sort of meat in the omelet. We weren't sure what the meat was. We don't eat some types of meat. Not sure if the food was labeled and we missed it. Other than that Breakfast was delicious! Great variety, pancakes, waffles, muffins...the usual continental Breakfast foods but these were more tasty! The plus was that we were able to take the food back our room as my mom didn't feel like coming down. She really appreciated the ease of being able to eat in the room. There was only one hiccup. There was a clerk at the desk that morning that was a bit not nice. But overall they get the 5 stars. Would do it again.

O check-in e check-out também foi fácil. Peça um quarto longe dos elevadores, pois eles fazem barulho quando chegam no mesmo andar, se isso for algo que o incomode.

O lobby/check-in pessoal foram fantásticos! O quarto era limpo (menos precisando de um pouco de pó), o café da manhã era incrível e estava em uma ótima localização. Tivemos algumas críticas, mas nada que fosse grande coisa. Pedimos o quarto mais distante do elevador e nos deram o quarto ao lado do elevador, fomos cobrados por uma taxa de animal de estimação, apesar de não ter um animal de estimação e deixar o quarto muito limpo (mas eles foram removidos graciosamente), não tendo ventilação no banheiro ventilador no banheiro e baixa pressão da água, mas ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia e com certeza gostaria de voltar!

El personal del vestíbulo/registro fue fantástico! La habitación estaba limpia (menos que necesitaba un poco de polvo), el desayuno era increíble y estaba en una excelente ubicación. Tuvimos un par de críticas, pero nada que fuera un gran problema. Pedimos la habitación más alejada del ascensor y nos dieron la habitación justo al lado del ascensor, nos cobraron una tarifa por mascota, a pesar de no tener una mascota y dejar la habitación muy limpia (pero la quitaron amablemente), no tener ventilación en el baño ventilador en el baño y poca presión de agua, pero quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estadía y definitivamente regresaríamos.

Nos alojamos aquí para una parada en Six Flags America. Esta fue una ubicación perfecta debido a la comida y las tiendas cercanas. La piscina es agradable (no demasiado emocionante pero buena para mantener a los niños entretenidos por un rato). El desayuno aquí fue excelente, con buenas opciones. El registro de entrada y salida también fue fácil. Solicite una habitación alejada de los ascensores, ya que hacen ruido cuando llegan al mismo piso, si eso es algo que le molestará.

I didn't stay here, my family did. They told me that the room was very comfortable and spacious. They enjoyed the breakfast and even though the lobby was full, there was still ample room to move around. The liked the fact that the location is off the mall but yet is on it so they really didn't have to deal with mall too much mall traffic interrupting them. They would stay at this property again.

The lobby/check in staff were fantastic! The room was clean (minus needing a little dusting), the breakfast was awesome & it was in a great location. We did have a couple of critiques, but nothing that was a big deal. We asked for the room farthest from the elevator & was given the room right by the elevator, we were charged for a pet fee, despite not having a pet & leaving the room very clean (but they graciously removed), not having a bathroom ventilation fan in the bathroom & low water pressure, but we were very pleased w/ our stay & would definitely go back!

We stayed here for a stop at six flags America. This was a perfect location due to the food and shopping nearby, The pool is nice (not too exciting but good for keeping kids entertained for a little)The breakfast here was excellent with good choices. Check in and out was also easy. Do ask for a room away from the elevators as they do make noise when they arrive on the same floor, if that is something that will bother you.

Eu amo totalmente a minha estadia neste hotel. O café da manhã complementar muito trabalho, todos os dias você tem opções diferentes. O hotel muito limpo e muito familiar. Este hotel fica perto da área comercial que tem muitos restaurantes, lojas, Costco e Wegmans locais.

I totally love my stay at this hotel. The complementary breakfast very job, everyday you get different options. The hotel very clean and very family friendly. This hotel is near shopping area that have a lot of restaurants, shopping stores, local Costco and Wegmans.

Frequentemente ficamos no Hampton Inn e é sempre incrível. Esta localização era uma área extremamente movimentada. Foi bom porque havia muitos restaurantes, lojas e postos de gasolina. Mas era uma área de atividade muito alta. Os funcionários foram todos muito educados e solícitos. Todas as comodidades e os quartos eram limpos e o café da manhã era bom. As coisas funcionam mal e precisam ser consertadas, mas eu gostaria que o quarto abaixo de nós não tivesse sido reservado depois que informamos a equipe sobre a situação com a porta.

We frequently stay at Hampton Inn and it's always amazing. This location was extremely busy area. It was nice because there was a lot of restaurants, shopping, and gas stations. But it was a very high activity area. The staff was all very polite and accommodating. All the amenities and rooms were clean, and Breakfast was good. There were some negative things about this location. First things were there was glass on the sidewalk outside the door and an extremely full trash can out front for two days. Which was odd. We noticed upon entry the door was very Rickety and loud. Our room was apparently directly above it. All night long it sounded like the people above us were just rolling around and stomping and making so much noise. It seems to die down a little and we were exhausted and managed to fall asleep. But, I was woken by it a couple times during the night. When we down to breakfast my husband and I discussed the situation and I said it's definitely the door, everytime it opened it was so loud and clanking. He spoke with front desk and we were moved up to the next floor on the third. Things were fine the second night no big deal. On the third night however things went wrong. We came in exhausted and went almost immediately to sleep, by like nine pm. We had to be up extra early for our long ride home. I was jolted awake by very loud banging on our door, it was about eleven thirty. I catapulted out of bed in shock. I woke my husband, and was panicked. Our phone rang once. I raced over and called the front desk, and asked if it was them. The desk attendant said it was him, and that the people occupying the room below were mad that we were being so loud, stomping, that we were running around, rolling around and shaking their whole room. I told the desk attendant that we were all asleep and no one was making a sound in our room and that it was the front door. I said that we were moved up a floor for that very reason. He was nice, and said that he did remember that we had been moved for that reason, when we were moved for that reason our room was empty, no one was in it the night before when we heard the same things. I hung up. And waited a few and called back. I said that I was panicked and worried because of the aggressiveness and he said he was still talking with that guest and going to see if they heard the door when he went threw it. They said they did, and he said he was shutting the door down and not to worry. He was nice and I think a little shocked, as I was. I tried to stress to him how uncomfortable I truly was. And we could also now hear the door on the third floor as well. It was a sticky situation, he gave the impression the guest did not believe it was in fact the door. I was up most the night and very worried. I did not get much sleep. It was an odd situation and don't really think the employees were to blame, he did his best to handle the situation but it was all around weird. Things malfunction and need fixed but I do wish that room below us hadn't been booked after we informed staff of the situation with the door.

The hotel is newer and extremely clean. The best part though was the incredible customer service we received from every employee we came in contact with. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

Here for basketball tournament, almost entire team stayed at hotel.Clean lobby,and common areas. Breakfast had variety and was flavorful considering it was grab and go. Room was clean and smelled fresh.Staff friendly, helpful and we were consistently greeted with a smile. If we're back in the area,will definitely stay here again

My experience with this hotel was amazing we came from NYC for my bday and to see family.love all the amenities this hotel offers.and the location can't go wrong u have so much around you get free parking. .our check in was excellent. And customer service was always friendly . breakfast was always good .our room clean and beautiful .for the pool you have to make appointment because if COVID it's good because it's only you and ur guess in it.the pool was clean pretty much enjoy everything and we would definitely be staying here a lot.if u looking for good hotel this one it .
