“I stayed a this location week before last and again this week Each time I asked for later check out Last week now problem but this week then rules change The representative guaranteed me late check-out by 2 the lady at the front desk kept ringing the phone with the cleaning lady banging on the door at 12pm I called the front desk with a rude and unprofessional Clerk then was told I need to leave the room by 12:30. I told the Clerk I was calling there Corporate Office then she said you can stay until 1 p.m. Corporate Office was notified still waiting for someone to call me back THE MIXED INFO IS A BIG PROBLEM WHEN YOU'RE SPENDING MONEY NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS”
