“Everyone was absolutely lovely, and fun. I really want to comment on the people, I mean the rooms are great, the food, Devine. But the staff really made this trip for me! They were warm and welcoming and so respectful! They all do such a wonderful job, and serving so many people can be so tiring! But they keep their lovely attitudes are are outstandingly polite. I would come here time and time again, just because of the atmosphere the staff of Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos have created.”

“There are 2 pools in the open when you head in, unfortunately the main pool has less than 10 people while everyone is packed by the Infiniti pool, which makes the main pool almost obsolete. They also set 1/3 of the area by the pool to be gazebo reservation, ranging from 65 to 100 just to rent the gazebo, which makes the experience less desirable since they are always not fully utilized due to the price.
There is a rule in the hotel about not be able to save spots, we follow the rules but soon realize by 9am, all the seats by the pool has already been taken while there is almost no one by the pool, finding a pool site seat becomes impossible if you arrive after 9am.
Kids pool is excellent, food and service are also very nice. Hopefully my review can help the rest of the people that are planning to visit.”
