“Hotel is kinda nice, very Japanese style. but service could be improved. 1) the in-room chrome cast won’t work; IT guy came over trying to reboot but after 20min we had to give us. 2) in the morning, the elevator doesn’t work and I had to go through the kitchen to get out dragging two luggages; plus there’s no instructions on how exactly I should get out so I had to wonder around the kitchen a bit.”

“Service could get better. I have to ask every time for refills of coffee or water.
The carpet in the room is too old. No business room or other amenities like sauna or hot tube or pool. More like boutique hotel.
Quality of other stuff is good. I like the restrooms here. They have the lux toiletries”
