“This hotel is just renovated. We love the design of the yards and buildings. Full of asian style. The foods are good, buffet has enough choices. The other resturants which need to be reserved are also good, wine is super good. But you better to book them the first time you got your room number since they are so popular and full always. Adults only pool is restricted to adult only booked guests so its quiet and enjoyable. We decide to come back more in the future. But there are still things need to be improved, the first day we came, there were no towels in the room, I have to call 5 times to get them delivered. Also the room cleanning services would pass you if you are not ready then they wont come back at all. I called to ask them to clean the room, the guy answered with a happy voice but eventually no services come at all. Almost every servant here is not tip-driven, I dont know if I should say its good or bad, they dont bother you thats for good.side, but its also they dont really serve all your needs very quick thats a bad side. But still, we like this hotel and for sure will come back.”

“This is a awesome resort very new only opened in May 2019.
The adult only isn’t worth the extra money it’s stuck behind the hotel facing a dumpy area. There isn’t anything but a pool, and a bar, and it’s that that distinguishes family from adult as far as I could see.
We are celebrating our 40th anniversary and my sister 45th anniversary, they were notified by sunwing when I made the reservations. Nothing was in our room nothing on our door very disappointing to say the least. We even went to ask about it and they said they notified guests services but nothing.
The Al a carts we were at were not good both my sister and I got sick the night we when there. So we canceled all the al a carts after that, the buffet was good and everyday there was some thing we liked. There isn’t any huts on the beach for protection from the sun, just trees. And not a lot of them.
It’s a new build they are still working on it, so they may have all the kinks out in the future.
The bars well they have to address the bartenders at the beach restaurant, main lobby as well, they take orders from the young girls even if you’ve been standing there before they came to the bar. And My brother in law said something and he just looked at him and served the girls and several of them before he would serve him.
Cleaning staff for our room were awesome. But I pick up a lot of paper that we’re on the straws. (Paper straws👍) from pool side in the morning so maybe more attention to those areas.
Rooms were beautiful. Clean and new the beds were to die for very comfy.
Not enough entertainment one night there was a band playing at the main lobby for 1/2 hour and then they were gone.
The guest were mostly from Quebec, sorry to say they didn’t disappoint, they were as arrogant and rude as usual. I will apologize for them as they embarrass us as Canadians. They butted in on our conversation twice and went I said something they just looked at me like I was nothing so embarrassing that they are so rude.
This will be a fabulous resorts once they get all the kinks work out. Over all I would go back.”
