My stay was 5/5 ! Specially for the people that work there. The ladies who work serving and cleaning are very helpful and always have a smile and nice attitude. Olivia in the mornings was amazing!!! Thank you all! I’ll definitely be back

I stayed at this hotel between May 15-20, 2022. The hotel is in a great location near major highways, restaurants, bars, comedy shows, etc. Upon arrival the valet was super friendly and explained where check-in was (7 floor). There I was greeted by Devin (I'm terrible with names.. sorry if I'm wrong). He was fabulous in every way! He really went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. Seemed like he slept at the hotel, no matter the time it was, he was there smiling and happy. I loved the Kennedy rooftop bar. I swear it has the best view of the city. Nicole is by far the best! She was amazing! Always friendly and really cared about our stay. Front desk, Kennedy rooftop team, brunch team, valet and housekeeping were amazing. I only wish the Kennedy rooftop was open later. It is such a great place to unwind after a long work day. Thank you all for making my business trip feel like I was surrounded by family!

This hotel is a great value and an enjoyable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean as well as the lobby. The cleaning staff appeared to regularly clean the lobby floor as well as spray down and sanitize the furniture. It was nice to see such care taken to clean the hotel. The hotel has free food available in the morning to guests. The food offered was fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, orange juice, tea, and coffee. The roof has a lovely view of the city and they allowed guests to eat their breakfast outside in this roof top area. The roof top also has a lovely photo spot with a floral backdrop. Overall this is a great, clean hotel and I highly recommend it!

The Hyatt is always great. My two complaints at this location would be that I had a hard time sleeping due to the sound of cars going over the manhole cover ( it drove me crazy) and the other thing is the $45 a night for valet parking. I would have gladly self park, but it was not an option. Other than these two things, everything was great, hotel is clean, staff is friendly and breakfast was good (except for the dry, though pancakes on our last morning.

Hosted a Team Offsite at Hyatt Place Chicago/ Wicker Park. We had a total of 20 employees. We room blocked hotel rooms plus rented out their meeting/event spaces. Everything was amazing from the people and the location. The place was super clean. The food was excellent and they were able to accommodate our 10 plus individuals with dietary restrictions. The staff was extremely helpful, even giving us recommendations to places around Chicago. I highly recommend no matter if you are coming for business or pleasure.

Late review, but was in Chicago for a move and spoke to Ryan Brock. He was EXTREMELY helpful, even though I was not able to stay at this location. He called around looking to see if any hotels would be able to accommodate a 26' truck. This is remarkably great customer service to help someone in need, even if they are not staying with you. Mr. Brock, thanks again for your hospitality and I hope you continue to grow and help those in need.

The Staff was very helpful and promoted Covid-19 guidelines and service very well. However, the valet service employees were a mixed bag. They differed in opinion on weather you needed your ticket or not to retrieve your car, some saying only when you check out, others saying every time you pick up your car. The last valet I encountered was when I was checking out. I was carrying all of my luggage, struggling using both hands to operate doors, and he sat and watched me without offering any assistance, even in opening the car trunk. He handed me my keys without getting any confirmation that it was my car. When I'd commented that the least he could do is open the trunk door he replied that he is a valet and isn't required to do that. I asked him the name of his valet company before getting in the car, after which he started to talk trash about me thinking I couldn't hear him with the windows up. When I called the Concierge to report the poor customer service I was told I will be getting a phone call from the manager. It's been nearly a week and I have not received a phone call. This star review would be higher had the concierge had followed through.

This is a very welcoming hotel despite the covid restrictions. They appear to be taking the pandemic seriously, which is a bonus for anyone trying to find a safe hotel! The rooftop bar is just phenomenal with great views! The breakfast buffet is quite good for these strange times, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Flawless! Clean, New, Modern and good architecture Close to Wicker Park area where there are plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and nice people. Best of all probably was the service. At front desk each person in charge was better than the other one. Helpful, efficient, smiling faces. The rooftop is great, from breakfast to late evening drink.
