Muito bom o café.... Quartos com mal cheiro. Entre o valor pago e a estadia fica 3 estrelas. Porém o hotel é muito bom com quartos limpos e espaço.

I love staying in TownePlace Suites, I stayed for a week in this property, it's in a great location, staff was friendly and breakfast excellent.I love that they have a grill by the pool area, I was able to barbecue one night, but they only have one pan and one pot in the kitchen. I definitely will come back again! Adoro ficar no TownePlace Suites, fiquei uma semana neste estabelecimento, está em uma ótima localização, a equipe foi simpática e o café da manhã excelente.Eu amo que eles têm uma churrasqueira na área da piscina, eu pude fazer um churrasco uma noite, mas eles só têm uma panela e uma panela na cozinha. Eu definitivamente voltarei novamente!

Fire alarm went off inside the room, but they weren’t able to help in any way so I had to figure it out myself. Room wasn’t cleaned for the whole stay even after asking for services. Had to quickly go in to the room to grab my wallet and was told off by the room cleaners that she won’t proceed with the cleaning since I came in for 10 seconds. During the interaction, another guest expressed that she’s been asking them to clean her room for two weeks. The bare minimum was barely met and the I only gave the star for the location. O quarto não foi limpo durante toda a estadia, mesmo depois de solicitar serviços. Tive que entrar rapidamente no quarto para pegar minha carteira e fui informada pelos limpadores de quarto que ela não prosseguiria com a limpeza desde que entrei por 10 segundos. Durante a interação, outra convidada expressou que está pedindo para limpar seu quarto há duas semanas. O mínimo mal foi cumprido e só dei a estrela pela localização.

I stay here for 3 nights, and the room was big and nice. Great location and front desk ppl. Yet I asked to have my room cleaned and NOT ONCE was it cleaned. They also have you pay for parking and there was nowhere to park after paying for my whole stay. There was $200 deposit for the room, but the room had nothing in there and still haven't received it back Eu fico aqui por 3 noites, e o quarto era grande e agradável. Ótima localização e recepção ppl. No entanto, eu pedi para ter meu quarto limpo e NÃO UMA VEZ foi limpo. Eles também pagam pelo estacionamento e não havia lugar para estacionar depois de pagar por toda a minha estadia. Houve um depósito de $ 200 para o quarto, mas o quarto não tinha nada lá e ainda não o recebeu de volta

This hotel is honestly a joke. It was giving motel 6 vibes. The pricing of everything (room, parking) and a $200 deposit that WASN’T stated on the website didn’t equate to the overall service being given. Which ALSO, I still have not received my deposit back even though they told me I would receive it when I checked out. I checked out last week!-_- I called multiple times and they keep pushing back the days when I should receive it. Not only that thePool was dirty and the cleaning workers did not seem like they wanted to clean my room either. If you get paid to do a job, maybe do the job at the best of your ability? Smh. O preço de tudo (quarto, estacionamento) e um depósito de US $ 200 que NÃO FOI declarado no site não equivale ao serviço geral prestado. O que TAMBÉM, ainda não recebi meu depósito de volta, embora me tenham dito que o receberia quando fizesse o check-out. Eu fiz o check-out na semana passada!-_- Liguei várias vezes e eles continuam adiando os dias em que eu deveria recebê-lo. Não só que a piscina estava suja e os trabalhadores da limpeza também não pareciam querer limpar meu quarto. Se você é pago para fazer um trabalho, talvez faça o trabalho da melhor maneira possível? Smh.

Very worst service experienced in this hotel, since there is no negative rating, 1 give them 1 star, this hotel does not quality for Star rating too.Stayed in this hotel for more than 45 nights. In the last week, my luggage got stolen from hotel store room, never bothered to inform me as well as never responding too. Error can happen, but the way my case handled by Marriott Hotel Group is very much disappointing. It is already been over 10 days, they yet to give a proper respose. Only response i got is Claim#, what i will do with that. Poor management practices.Their room service and TV also sucks, since I am independent and seldom watch TV, I didnt bother about it.Their WIFI coverage is very poor in the room, always faced difficulty taking meeting in the room.Free Breakfast: very limited options, dont select this hotel because of Free Breakfast.

We had a single night stay there at the beginning of our holidays. Convieniently located 10 mins away from LAX and 10 mins from the Manhattan Beach Pier. As other mentionned, rooms are a bit dated, but all was functional and clean. Wifi worked fine and breakfast is what you'd expect from a Townplace suite. 20$ is a bit steep for parking knowing there's plenty around, but I guess it's a rate that comes with the LAX proximity.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great centralized location. Studio kitchenette felt like home. Laundry is coin operated you can get coins from the front desk. Breakfast available. Las mucamas no limpian bien, no tienden bien las camas, el baño ni lo tocan. En fin mucho que mejorar en limpieza. Piso con basura de tres días. Lavamanos con pasta de dientes de la mañana aún estaba ahí por la noche cuando llegamos.No limpian.

Las habitaciones de este hotel son muy comodas. Todo es eficiente y el servicio es fenomenal.

Excelente lugar para quedarse ya sea por varios días o pocos es muy completa cada habitación el desayuno es variado y delicioso la hubicacion es excelente.

Gran lugar para pasar estancias largas en LA, cerca de Manhattan Beach, la mejor playa de la zona. Gran servicio por parte del hotel en todo momento. Lo bueno: - WIFI - Centro de cocina - desayuno incluido Lo malo: - Cobran el estacionamiento 10 USD por dia !
