“Good clean hotel. Room was large, clean, well-firnished although a bit dated. Lifts a little scruffy. Drinks in Casino a little expensive (London prices). Didn't eat at restaurant so can't comment. Would stay here again. Close to Town Centre (10 min walk across the bridge). Cleaning staff were very good and helpful even when I accidentally dropped a glass which shattered everywhere. I was embarrassed and wanted to clear it up myself, however the cleaner insisted on doing and refused to take a tip even though I kept offering.”
