Ernesto manages the Travel Club Members Lounge. He, Victor and Adela complete and amazing team!! Always courteous and kind and always willing to serve. If they personally cannot accommodate the need they will find a way. We encountered many wonderful people the entire week but it is those like them that add that special “something” to an already wonderfully beautiful place.

Brilliant service in Bahia Brazilia. The meats were out of this world. Lorenzo was very kind and his customer service was perfect. He was very attentive to our requests. Cesar was serving our meats and was very hospitable. Even after serving us all of the meats, he asked if we would specifically like to have seconds of any of the meats that we had tried. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone coming

Best service EVER! The whole crew was amazing and kept my whole family entertained!! Even my kids had a great time. I will do Brazilian dining at the palladium more than once this week for sure!!! My gluten sensitive wife even got a desert made especially for her and she loved it. Meat sweats aside best dining night in along time. Thank you Natalio, Gerardo, Miguel and the whole kitchen staff!

Had a beautiful meal at La Lola's! We were late and the host Enrique was still very accommodating. Our waiter Antonio was great, he took the time to explain the dishes and recommend the delicious tequila. They were particularly diligent with our daughter's allergies. Was a great evening.

Maria Francisco at the portofino restaurant, outstanding service. Always a smile on her face and quick service. She greeted us, explained how things worked at this restaurant she got our drinks and took our orders. The food overall amazing super fresh and hot! The drinks were amazing all to order. The manager of the restaurants awesome as well. The people that work here at the palladium (all of the servers, cooks and restaurant workers) outstanding service. Super happy!

I’ve been to this resort a few times now and being a member of travel club has made it even more enjoyable now. Rooms and the entire resort is very gorgeous. I’ve had a great time with the activities and shows they host, as well as speaking with the staff. If you wanna know who the best bartender is look for Ernesto. I am super picky about what I like to drink and every drink Ernesto made me was amazing.

We had a fabulous vacation at the Grand Palladium White Sands!! The food and service were top notch. Ernesto at the Travel Club took great care of us each day we visited. We also got to enjoy TRS Yucatan one day and were floored by how beautiful and relaxing our day was. Walter at Helios took amazing care of us, as did Marta our server. Our driver Daniel Mendoza was also very attentive and picked us up at every opportunity. We definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!!

The hotel was very nice. The reason I wanted to leave a review was because of the service I received from the bartenders at night in the main lobby. Their names were, Francisco, Enrique and Doris. They are the definition of service making a world of a difference. They were very attentive with myself and boyfriend. I was so impressed by eagerness to ensure we were happy that I wanted to mention them and give them kudos. 5 stars ! :)

I'm telling you this place is the place to come for your all inclusive vacation. Love the pools there is so many to choose from and the water temperature of the pool is perfect so if you have little ones it's perfect. Big plus is the kid area and kid activities. If you are a part of the travel club 💙 come and see the beach travel club and ask for Victor,Ernesto and Catalina they are the best friendly and they just make the best drinks . I'm telling you the best drinks and the service there is phenomenal. They become part of your family. They made us feel welcome and took care of us . Plus the view is amazing. And they always remember you 😃

Ariana, part of the entertainment group was very nice and always had a smile on her face, her water aerobics and biking classes were wonderful. She is very energetic and super kind! Maria, a waitress at the La Dalia restaurant was super kind and when we needed something she was on it! Restaurants and buffets had amazing food. All workers were nice and helpful. Great service overall and a very clean place, would definitely recommend!

We feel like we're home from the moment that we arrive! We're pampered and delightfully accommodated constantly. At the White Sands and the beach bar Ernesto and Victor anticipate our service needs and exceed our expectations. Sarah at the TRS bar is also of great assistance. As I said, we're at home here and will likely return this summer. The butler service with Mariana, Adan and Diego will spoil you! I would also like to recommend Rafael, my right hand man, at the butler service for arranging things and preparing our room for our anniversary celebration, really special!

We were recommended here by family. Our vacation far exceeded our expectations. 1) The friendliness of the staff was over the top. 2) The resort is very clean, well lit, and feels very safe. 3) The food was amazing. We ended up becoming a member of the Grand Palladium Travel Group because of this. Cannot wait to come back. There are so many options to fit your budget. I will probably miss the people we met that worked here the most. So nice, so friendly. This was just two days after a hurricane by the way. They pulled it all together quickly. Just a great vacation. I hope you consider staying here. Eric

Other than the beautiful new section which is for Members only the place is a bit dated. However, it is very clean...well maintained....and the staff are just great and I mean all of them. Someone has done a fantastic job with instilling a great sense of customer relations in all the employees here. The food is also excellent with the buffet leading the way when it comes to quality and diversity.

Loved our stay! We stayed in a bungalow which is a must! The outdoor shower and patio are amazing. Food was fantastic. There were 8 of us and we never had issues getting seated for dinner but went early (6:30). After that there is a wait. The beach was great, just have to walk a little bit to the area with no rocks and seaweed. Only downsides- it’s an hour from the airport, the nightlife isn’t much (but sports bar was cool) and they didn’t greet us with champagne and towel which other resorts do. Might sound lame but it’s a great touch after many hours of traveling.

Just got back after a two week stay at White Sands. This was our seventh time we have stayed at the Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya and it gets better with each visit. The facility is huge and has a world renown spa that is second to none. The staff is great and everyone there is so friendly and they go out of there way to make you feel special. The food is excellent and there are numerous restaurants to choose from. When you compare this resort to the other resorts in Riviera Maya, you will discover The Grand Palladium to be a bargain and the place to vacation in Riviera Maya.
