“My favorite thing about this hotel is the view. If you get the waterfront room then it feels like you’re on a cruise ship. The balcony feels like you’re on a ship at dock. You can lay on the sofa inside with AC on and enjoy the view. Bedding is super perfect white and soft. The robes and slippers are comfy. The chocolates we got at arrival were perfect. Housekeeping is not available during your covid stay until checkout.”

“Decent facilities and cozy feeling throughout to limited rooms. The service was lacking in general though. It was understaffed throughout from checking in to pool service etc. The employees in the pool and beach area aren’t helpful when setting up pool chairs and should be retrained to follow COVID protocols.”
