We had an awesome stay. It is luxurious. The buffet is open for all meals; some restaurants only for lunch and dinner. The buffet serves authentic Jamaican cuisine - just look for the flag at the serving counter. Everyone is friendly and making an effort to make your visit the best it can be!

We just finished our vacation at moon palace Jamaica and there were a couple of people that made it special and were amazing. First Crystal from the towel hut was very nice and always welcoming. It was very nice to see her face every morning and be greeted by her. She always asked how our day was going and if we needed anything. Her service was 5 star. Also, Omar was our server by the pool and he was always nice and attentive. He came by often and always took care of us. I would recommend you to see Crystal and Omar during your visit!

The servers, in life we can't just take. It's a give and take world and what made my stay at moon palace excellent is the people. My Jamaican people. Housekeepers, waiters, massage therapist, trainer at the gym(Johnoy), and Sasha they are hospitable, pleasant, humble, thoughtful, and helpful. Bottom line, my stay here wasn't base only upon the beauty of the hotel. But base upon the services that was rendered to me and my family by the wonderful staff of moon palace. My wonderful, beautiful Jamaican people. Thank you one and all for a wonderful stay!!

I want to first say .... thank you to everyone that works here .... amazing staff.... service .... just wanted to give special thanks to our waitress Althea.... one of your best we just loved her .... always on time... and with a beautiful and warm smile .... Jermaine at the front desk.... awesome ... keep him there... our bell attendant... I forgot his name.. but amazing ... but again ... the best place to stay in Ochoa Rios .... all your staff is amazing ... can’t remember everyone’s name.... but they treat everyone the same ... with the best hospitality and customer service by far ... I will definitely be back 🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

We have been to Moon Palace Jamaica and Moon Palace Cancun. Both were exceptional experiences. We loved our experience in Jamaica! The views were amazing. The food was high quality and tasted delicious. The staff members were so friendly and caring. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We had all our needs and wants met. There are so many fun activities from swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, Flow Rider, etc. We can’t want to go back!

Stayed there for 3 nights for my birthday weekend and it was amazing. The staff, the food, the experience, room service, everything was excellent.. Would definitely go back.

UPDATE MAY 26- vendor is stating to contact info@palaceresorts.com. I still have not yet received a status update after multiple attempts. Horrible customer service. You should be ashamed. I book a “refundable room” for April Spring Break. Due to the pandemic and flight being cancelled, I cancelled my reservation way before the 14 day notice which was March 15th. I still yet to receive my refund which is over 60 days. I am also a Palace Elite member is which the company still charges my credit card each month. To anyone reading this... yes , the resorts are gorgeous, food is great and you will have a wonderful time but I had terrible experience w the customer service on their elite customer lines and to get my refund back. Beware- do not sign up for there palace elite/ time share programs. This whole experience made me feel like I have been robbed.

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary at Moon Place. The rooms are great. We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities. The food was really good and customer service is excellent. One last thing...the view of the is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Moon Place 😀 your the best all inclusive hotel I've ever been to.

Moon Palace Jamaica is an amazing family-friendly destination choice. The staff were awesome and made you feel very at home with every day of the trip. They were so nice and happy to help with whatever you needed. Dwight who worked at the water front was awesome and was very kind. He was very friendly and always seemed happy to be working. There were great options for family fun and my family and I were never bored. The food was amazing and especially in the buffets there were many choices. If you have picky eaters in the family there is no problem in that field. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were a great size and there was lots of space to put toiletries. Overall, my family and I had an amazing time at Moon Palace Jamaica and it is a destination we would definitely visit again.

Just seeing news about The parent company pulling the plug on the expansion and it prompted me to check if I had left a review. Personally, it has been the best All Inclusive experience I have had in Jamaica. What was initially a surprise turned into a mini family vacation. Everything about the property is top tier, the rooms, the lobby, the restaurants, the entertainment and activities we some of the best I’ve had. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay to the point where my family purchased a vacation package and stayed extra days. I just wanted to commend each and every staff and implore you to keep doing a great job.
