Eu amei o hotel. A atenção é muito boa. A academia é pequena, mas suficiente para uma estadia curta. O quarto tinha abastecimento de água, então estava sempre molhado perto da porta do banheiro, mas era a única coisa. É muito perto da estação. voltaria

Fine for the overnight we needed. I thought it was outrageous that with silver elite status you would have to pay 21euros ea for the breakfast but it just inspired us to get up and go to city center and find something better.

Pet friendly hotel, recommended for dog owners on trips to Amsterdam. King room has most of the comforts and luxury vibes of a top rated chain hotel. Only let down was the poor internal communication about check out time flexibility resulting in bitterness between us and rooming staff

Have mixed feeling about this hotel. Clean room and good shower. On negative side the Wi-Fi was only for one device and slow. Also, their security is not good although we had a laugh for the event: one evening after work I headed to my room just to see my colleague in my room. He made a mistake about his room number and reception happily made him a copy of my room’s key card. He was very embarrassed and this turned to a fun story to share during our stay with other colleagues but it can be an accident waiting to happen

Good service, clean rooms. Exactly what you’d hope from a Courtyard. It’s a bit out of the city but the nearby metro is relatively convenient and you can also rent a bike.

It was a good comfortable stay. However, what I miss is the filling of consumables properly everyday. The face towel never got replaced. The water bottle was put only on first night and one more night in between out of the 11 nights. The body lotion was not always there. The breakfast is exactly exactly same everyday. This is way below my expectation for Marriot, it was good, but then I can't eat it daily for 11 mornings and I didn't.And why is there a security deposit required at all. In the last 20 years since I started booking hotels first time, I haven't seen any 3, 4 , or 5 star hotels asking for a security deposit. So, those are a few things I didn't like. Location was good for me because my office was literally next door. Foi uma boa estadia confortável. No entanto, o que sinto falta é o enchimento dos consumíveis de forma adequada todos os dias. A toalha de rosto nunca foi substituída. A garrafa de água foi colocada apenas na primeira noite e mais uma noite entre as 11 noites. A loção corporal nem sempre estava lá. O café da manhã é exatamente o mesmo todos os dias. Isso está muito abaixo da minha expectativa para o Marriot, foi bom, mas não posso comer diariamente por 11 manhãs e não comi. E por que há um depósito de segurança exigido em tudo. Nos últimos 20 anos desde que comecei a reservar hotéis pela primeira vez, não vi nenhum hotel de 3, 4 ou 5 estrelas pedindo um depósito de segurança. Então, essas são algumas coisas que eu não gostei. A localização era boa para mim porque meu escritório ficava literalmente ao lado.

Estuvimos alojados 3 días y bastante mal , le pedimos 3 veces una manta porque teníamos frío y hasta la 3 vez que avisamos no nos la pusieron , alquilamos unas bicicletas y ni siquiera Nos dijeron que teníamos que devolverlas a las 10 de la mañana del día siguiente y nos cobraron el Precio aumentado , algo que nadie nos dijo al principio , bastante pasotismo y aún encima de pagar te cobran 100 euros de depósito , no volveré .

Fantastic new hotel in Amsterdam. We were pleased from the very first minute when we called for reservation, Sophie from the reception was so kind and we met her also at the reception as we checked in, she was so nice and helpful… also Alice was great and nice, they made our stay at Marriott perfect, the hotel is fantastic, the rooms and bathrooms are state of the art, modern and top, the staff is so friendly and nice, breakfast was also great… we will come again ✌️Thanks a lot

Excelente servicio y atención espectacular, desayuno incluido muy bueno, aunque creo que podrían brindar más variedad. Hermosas instalaciones!

Really disappointed in my stay here. Very different level of service from other Marriott properties I have stayed at.We stayed at this hotel while on vacation. 4 nights and 5 days. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi/uber ride into the city. But if you prefer a quieter area this is a perfect location. This hotel is also near a train station which will assist you in getting around.When we first checked into the hotel, we were placed in a room where the sink did not function properly. We notified the front desk and were promptly moved to another room. Plumbing worked but there were many scratches, marks and stains all over the walls in the bedroom area and bathroom.Housekeeping here is terrible. There was not a day that went by that we did not have to ask the front desk MULTIPLE times for towels so that we could shower. Housekeeping would come into the room, make our beds and leave. They only took our trash twice during our stay and never refreshed the towels. They took our old, used towels twice without us having to ask. It was not pleasant returning to the hotel after a day of exploring and not knowing whether you would have towels to bathe. We were also never given a new bar of soap for washing our hands.One night we ordered room service that was delivered to our room. When we were finished, we placed it outside our door thinking someone would do a night round and pick it up for us. Which is what we are accustomed to at any other hotel. The next morning, the tray was still there. When we got back that evening, the tray was still there. Baffling since housekeeping had definitely been in our rooms and made our beds.We patroned the restaurant once during our stay. I ordered an entree and my companion ordered a soup, that we asked to come out first, and an entree. Their soup and my entree came out at the same time. Their entree arrived much later after I had finished my meal.Our stay here was quite bizarre and not a positive reflection of the Marriott brand.

Great location, anyone who is new to Amsterdam can easily commute to this place as it's just 2 stops away from Schiphol airport. The hotel is very close to the train station, bus terminal, super market, and restaurants nearby. Great service and hospitality by the staff. I highly recommend this place.

Un hotel lujoso y muy tranquilo está justo al lado del estadio de fútbol y de la estación de metro.

Espacioso, trato maravilloso una habitación amplia con todo lo que precisa para sentirte como en casa. El precio siendo Amsterdam no es caro y el Buffet está muy bien. Cerca hay todo tipo de restaurantes, tiendas y el lugar es muy acogedor y tranquilo.Es recomendable por la atención Ana recepcionista, un chico rubio Holandés muy amable (con la carrera de Le Mans), la verdad maravillosa atención recibida por todos/AS LAS PERSONAS QUE INTEGRAN EL STAFF DEL Hotel

Correcto precio-calidad. Es muy lindo pero lejos del centro y me para usar la red de wifi es un bardo. Las chicas de la recepción son muy agradables y nos ayudaron con un problema que tuvimos en el parking. Si o si hay que estacionar al lado y se puede pagar con una tarjeta habilitada que claramente nosotros no teníamos. En líneas generales super bien ♡

Es un buen sitio si quieres estar tranquilo, alejado del centro pero muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de la estacion donde puedes coger un tren que te deja en el centro en 15 minutos. La zona es tranquila pero con un centro comercial y tiendas cerca para pasear. En cuanto al hotel, muy correcto. La comida buena, las habitaciones propias de un hotel de 4 estrellas y el servicio bueno tambien. Eso si, puedes ir un poco perdido si no sabes inglés.

Buenas habitaciones aunque faltan detalles para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. El restaurante bastante correcto. Durante nuestra estancia no había ningún recepcionista que hablara español y no nos pudieron aclarar nuestras dudas. Este aspecto bastante mejorable. Respecto a la ubicación, cabe destacar la proximidad de una estación importante, desde la cual puedes llegar al centro en unos 20 minutos.
