We had to stop by the mirage as the mirage is going to change to the Hard Rock soon and we wanted to be able to see it for what it is. It's a nice hotel inside and a nice casino area. We went into this little room where they had a two-person husband and wife band and sat in the front row. It was fun to watch and had great seats. Definitely recommend getting to the mirage before it changes into a theme hotel. We did not stay at the hotel so I have no experience about the rooms.

Brilliant place to stay. Beautiful decor and the main casino and lobby is SO CLEAN. They are undergoing a change of branding- changing to the Hard Rock Casino and even during our 7-day stay, everything was handled. There were a few things CLOSED due to the changing process. But nothing that they weren’t willing to accommodate in some way. They staff was seriously helpful on all fronts, and very kind! Very welcoming environment!!

We enjoyed the restaurants and layout of the lobby. It was easy to navigate and it wasn't as overwhelming as the other big hotels. The LOVE show is a must see! There were a few downsides which includes the concierge service. We emailed a few times and they didn't respond at all and when they did, they gave us the wrong information. For others that drive, Tesla chargers are for self parking only and not valet. In terms of the rooms, it would be more of what you would see at a 2 star hotel. It was quite lackluster and needs to be upgraded. We also paid extra for a strip view which we were not provided and even asked about it, but were told that our view of the Caesar's Palace parking lot is considered a strip view. Overall, a good experience, however, next time we will most likely stay at a more modern hotel with better services.

Perfeito! Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Hotel muito bom com piscina muito legal (fica lotada no fim de semana), restaurantes pra todos os gostos, bem no meio do agito da Street. O ponto negativo é que cobram 12 dólares por diária de estacionamento. Mas o estacionamento vale pra qualquer hotel do grupo MGM. Tem um pouco de cheiro de cigarro nos quartos para NÃO fumantes, mas nada de estrague a estadia. Super recomendo, gostei muito!

Excelente localização, casino mediano e quartos com custo x benefício aceitáveis, peca em não oferecer nem mesmo uma cafeteira na suíte. Pela faixa de preço recomendo procurar melhores alternativas. Amenidades razoáveis da marca MGM Resorts.

Melhor hotel custo x benefício de Vegas , vivi o momento mais emocionante da vida passeando pelo saguão vestida de noiva sendo parabenizada por todos do caminho , foi mágico !!! Piscina maravilhosa , atrações muito boas amei os golfinhos , tigres albinos , cassino super variado , sorvete, comidas , lanches ... o céu é o limite em Las Vegas ! Quero voltar em breve !!!

Um hotel muito luxuoso e cheio de atrações... visita ao aquário dos golfinhos e leão branco é um programa imperdível! Super recomendo! A atração é paga, então aconselho a adquirir os ingressos antes para não ter que pegar a fila do local, além de conseguir um desconto na compra antecipada.

All good things must end with the pending closure of the Mirage. The casino is easy to navigate, the food choices broad with good quality and the rooms comfortable. A little worn, but the place was used, loved and lead the way towards a modern Vegas design and theme. The tropical theme was relaxing and welcoming. Who can forget the scent upon entry. While other casinos were imploded due to age and design, the bones of The Mirage will live on in the Hard Rock. Thanks for the great memories!

The fountains and waterfalls were also beautiful.Loved the Otoro restaurant- quiet and tasty, with impeccable service.The Beatles Love show was amazing! Lines went in quickly, and the staff was helpful with answering our questions.Overall,great experience.

I stayed at the Mirage two weeks ago for a vacation, and it was a lovely experience. First, the staff was superb! They were always friendly and tried their best to accommodate me and my family. Second, I seriously think that they have the best location, price, and pool! The pool was just amazing! (After conducting 2 hours of research, I decided to stay at the Mirage because of the pool.)The room was clean and everything was functional. They were even able to check us in early without any price change, which we appreciated a lot!And of course, their Volcano show!!! I will truly miss it!**I heard that they are starting the construction of the new hotel in October 2022, so get there and enjoy it before the Mirage disappears!

Genuinely delightful (outside of the gaming side). Food options are plentiful (like anything on the strip, it is expensive as all hell). Rooms are well decorated and extremely clean. The pool is crowded but very relaxed and enjoyable. The mini-garden is well decorated and a great photo spot. Overall, quite amazing.

For a hotel of its age on the Vegas strip, I was impressed with the accommodations. The room was a decent size, clean, and with some updated decor. Plumbing had good water pressure, but the shower/tub a bit small. Otherwise, a very suitable and comfortable stay. Casino floor has a great variety of table games and slots, as well as eating spots. I'd recommend. Sadly, this property has been sold and will not be around much longer. It's a Vegas iconic property. So sad to see it go.

Loved the Mirage. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was great. The proximity to the other properties around was great. Nice selection of restaurants, and the casino didn’t smell like smoke! Volcano show is really cool and worth seeing! Definitely worth paying a little extra to stay here compared to down the strip.

De primero muy bienfue mi tercera vez en las vegaspero sufrimos una mala experiencia espero no le pase a nadie🙏, la camioneta Tahoe en la que viajamosde de California a Las Vegas se la robaron en el estacionamiento de ese hotelen donderentamos por dos nochesla camioneta era de mi prima y su esposo y se nos fue eldíaesperando respuestay no quisieron enseñar videono se porque si se supone que ponen cámaras es por seguridaddel hotel y de los huéspedes que van de vacaciones pero bueno,espero que a nadie le pase aparte,mi hijacon Autismo se nos puso muy mallos padres que tienen un hijo con situaciones especiales me entenderán y mis primos me invitaron a las Vegas a que me relajará un rato de nuestros días cotidianos en California y pues eso fue lo que paso todavía sigo sin creerloporque es un estacionamiento cerrado no está al aire libre

The volcano is super cool!! We heard it will be going away, so we watched the show multiple times. The hotel is nice. Beds are comfortable. Clean. The pool is great for kids, it’s 3.5ft all around & has a large sun shelf. The hidden hot tub was our favorite place to warm up (was still a little cool in March) Decent food at pool, fun drinks & Dole Whips! Very accommodating hotel for our service dog.

I loved almost everything about the hotel. There were so many pros about this hotel. Our room was magnificent. The customer service was friendly, professional and outstanding. The hotel provided everything we needed. I could have comfortable stayed in our suite for a month and never left. My favorite place to eat in the hotel was at the Pantry for breakfast, their menu is perfect for breakfast. I loved how everything was super convenient and close in range. The only con about the hotel was the sensors for the mini bar in the room. If you touch it then you get charged extra so I made sure to not come close in contact to it. I loved the location of the hotel it was surrounded by everything. The best part about our holiday was booking our room here. It made the whole experience top notch.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. It has it all. I visited to attend a conference that was taking place in the building. This hotel is HUGE. It took me almost 15 min of speed walking to get from my room to my conference in the ballrooms area. There are good parking options. It’s pretty centrally located on the strip. The Stay Well versions of their rooms are a must. Perhaps one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, period. I have to mention, there is a working bathroom fan in the bathroom. It did a great job not letting the mirror fog up after a shower! There are lots of choices for dining and shopping. Of course, there is any kind of gambling in the casino that you can think of. If this hotel is still standing in a couple of months when I come back, I would stay here again.

The location of this hotel was very central on the strip. Easy walking to distance to other nicer hotels to visit. That was about the only thing good about it. The room did not have the "Cleaned" seal on the door, as all newly clean rooms were expected to have. Not very comforting while traveling during COVID. For 4.5 stars you would expect Room Service, but there was none available after 2PM & no to-go orders.

The location to the Sands Expo Center Bathroom was not clean Lobby and customer service staff was rude. My room was not ready at 9:00 pm for me to check into A later checkout than 11:00 will cost you money. What a waste when rooms you book are not even ready to check into by 9:00 pm.

They were able to get us into a fabulous room early in the day on a packed weekend. Great choice of Sugar free deserts at the buffet. Like 25 different sugar free deserts! Loved talking to the naturalists and animal handlers. Seigfried still visits! Just went to a diet (health) that is Gluten free and Sugar free. Not a single thing for desert when I was there. Easily could have converted many of the sugar free items. Just one would have been nice.

Leaving it! There are far better, newer properties on the Strip in more central locations offering better amenities, accommodations, atmosphere, and restaurants. Overpriced, tired, old hotel. It's like taking a time machine back to the late 1980's. Av Hotel is dated and desperately needs renovation. Room was dirty and worn. Broken fixtures and switches. WiFi didn't work. Paid for a late check out, but housekeeping entered anyway, not once but twice! Bad location. Didn't receive room type booked onl

It's proximity to venues You could hear the people on either side of the walls. And those going down the hallway. The tub had pink mold in the crevices. I would prefer to have at least a small space in the fridge otherwise what's the point of having one in the room.
