“Em geral, o serviço de valor foi ótimo.Devido aos protocolos da pandemia, o café da manhã foi limitado a alimentos frios embalados. Isso não teria sido um problema, mas a primeira noite no check-in foi-me dito que eles tinham café e pequeno-almoço quente no piso térreo todas as manhãs.O bar tinha bebidas baratas para um hotel. Para o serviço dentro do bar, a equipe foi gentil, mas faltou misturadores necessários para mulas e margaritas. Opções de cerveja, uísque e gin.O lounge e a área de negócios eram limpos e convidativos. O wifi era rápido e desde recepção ininterrupta por toda parte.O item que trouxe a classificação tão baixa foi honestamente as camas de casal descritas como um luxuoso quarto duplo com cama queen size. As camas eram camas de plataforma duras como pedra com uma espécie de pillow top sobre ela. Depois de três dias e sofrendo com o sono ruim, descobri que as camas eram ajustáveis no quarto, mas cobertas pelos lençóis. Eles padrão para rock hard... Filhote, lição aprendida, eu acho. Não tenho certeza se eu me voluntariaria para as camas ajustáveis no futuro e, por causa da minha experiência, se elas fossem a única opção que eu procuraria em outro lugar.”

“I called in advance to check on the shuttle details since I had a conference close and chose this hotel accordingly. Upon arrival, I was not told it was not available on the weekend. The website stated there was a restaurant with a cook to order breakfast. I was told upon arrival that there was no complimentary breakfast and they restaurant was not open on the weekend due to no cook. The shower ceiling drywall was peeling and there were black spots where it looks like moisture was in the drywall. The water was not easily adjustable, so it was scalding hot or too cold on both the sink and shower. And lastly, there was only ever one person at the front desk, so you had to wait in line quite a bit for questions, buying snacks, etc. Overall the bed was comfortable, which was the only positive experience. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone else.”
