“Pros: Great customer service and front desk staff. Good location. 10-15 restaurants within a 3 min drive and several within walking distance. Easy access to the turnpike. Several other things to do in the area if you need to kill some time. Cons: Property definitely could use an update. Rooms are dated, TVs small, etc. AC units are EXTREMELY loud. They're to the point where they woke me up several times. They work fine, but if you're a light sleeper I would be wary. On-site food options are pretty limited, but with so many restaurants close by, I don't think this is a huge negative. Overall: I'd not hesitate to stay here again if they'd update the rooms and get some new AC units. Customer service was great and location is hard to beat.”

“Remodeling. No hot water. No ability to move me. No offer to compensate. Cold shower at 6 AM. Not somewhat hot. Freezing cold. Management did not believe that hot water being off was important enough to bring in a plumber and fix it. I informed them the hot water was off at 9 PM. Not fixed or even looked at over night. I was not the only room. So, seems to me that their general policy is screw the customer, we already got his money. Terrible management decision to save a $200 plumbing fee.”
