“Experiência maravilhosa! Preço muito acessível! Susan e os outros membros de sua equipe foram acolhedores e atenciosos. Nosso quarto era exatamente o que queríamos, limpo, silencioso e confortável. Tivemos um delicioso café da manhã feito na hora na manhã seguinte que foi incluído com a nossa estadia.Para demonstrar como o pessoal da Embassy Suites é atencioso, deixe-me compartilhar isso ... alguma pessoa cruel "largou" um cachorrinho doce em seu estacionamento! Susan viu o cachorro correndo atrás do carro. Ela e o GM acolheram o cachorrinho e "Katy" agora tem um lar adorável. Estou muito impressionada com a gentileza que a equipe do Embassy Suites demonstrou para com aquele cachorrinho.”

“The stay was ok, but we requested an upgrade when we reserved the room and they acknowledged it, but when we checked in they told us it was completely booked!!! Didn't appreciate that but at least the room and atmosphere was really pleasant.”
