“The service have declined in the last 6 months. I would give a 5 star in the summer. We brought our dog from the US and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I spent the night on a business trip just recently. Same building, totally different experience. Indifferent staff, poor service and no where near the experience a few months earlier. Maybe new management, but no bono!!!”

“The location is very convenient. There‘s a nearby train station, shopping center and coffee houses and restaurants are all around. The place is quiet. The breakfast is great in their restaurant. Lots of choices and the coffee is superb. The staff especially in the restaurant are kind, helpful and all nice. I commend the services of Francesca from the front desk, Abby and Maricel and the rest of the restaurant staff. I did not give a full 5 stars because we had a little glitz - one bulb was busted and it caused to trip the electricity in our room and it took quite awhile before it was resolved. Our room is big enough for 2 persons. The toilet and bath has enough space. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely we will book here again the next time we visit Milan.”
