“Great and well maintained hotel very convenintly located near a Metro station. The Level rooms are highly recommended! Apart from the great view on floors 11 and 12 you get to enjoy a small buffet with snacks and beverages all day long. It was much appreciated. Breakfast is outstanding!”

“We wanted to book a 5 star hotel in Madrid but this is not it. The receptionist was very cold when we checked in and gave us a room that had a blockage Infront of the window. We had already payed extra for a room with the best view.
So of course we took a photo and went downstairs to talk to the receptionist again.
After long discussion, they gave us the room we had booked.
I got a feeling that they tried to scam us. I don't think that many people would go and complain and get what they payed for.
Very good view in the room we got at the end.”
