“The hotel was clean and convenient and the staff made the stay enjoyable. They were professional courteous and attentive. Would highly recommend!”

“Unsure if I have to give 1 or two stars but my stay was horrible. First, the front desk wasn’t very welcoming or helpful, as if I was bothering them on my arrival and stopping them from looking at their phone. Second, the room is small, and has little space because the bed is huge. Lucky I was alone. After further inspection I notice that the bed has some long hair, that isn’t mine , on it. I decide to let it go. During the night, I could hear my neighbors as if they were in my room. The walls are paper thin and people probably believes they are alone. Breakfast service was nice and polite. Food was actually quite good so I will put a an extra star for that. After my stay, I requested the invoice for my room and my employee’s room. Unfortunately my demand was not done, as I ended up having to ask my employee for the bill. ( I booked and paid for the room) I however received my bill 4 times, with updates and what not. When I call to demand explanations, I am greeted with the coldest explanation and no real solution.”
