“So the hotel isn’t much like the pictures it’s not well maintained and it’s not near landmarks or plazas. But the hotel staff are super nice the food is okay and overall not too bad. The only problem is the front desk oh my goodness are they awful with customer service those are the only staff that were rude and arrogant. We booked for 4, two adults 2 kids and when we arrived they told us they had to charge us extra for the two kids, ridiculous! We were at the lobby tired for 2 hours calling Priceline trying to fix it and they “fixed” it but the hotel didn’t accept it and said they couldn’t do anything. Another family had the exact same problem. We called Solaris customer service and they told us that they shouldn’t even charge for the 9 year old but the 11 yr old should be charged so at the end we paid for one kid. Then when we checked out they asked for some “federal tax” ??? Who checks out of the hotel and pays again! They are a scam! Constantly looking for ways to take money. And I’m sure most of the extra money they keep it. Cheats!!”

“It was decent. Showed up to light bulbs being dead in the room and balcony. No top blanket was there the first night. Room service never answered the phone until after several calls in a row. House keeping never came unless we called and requested it even with the sign on the door. All inclusive was pretty much all inclusive. They made it seem as though their ocean front room was ocean front but it was just in front of the ocean so more so just an ocean view room. All in all it was a decent trip. Not sure if I would stay here again.”
