Rooms look like from 80s. Had yellow water coming out of sink faucet.. definitely think twice before booking”

“Upon arrival the front desk lady (arlette) was very rude. Not only to me but I heard her be rude to a few people while checking in and I also witnessed her arguing with her coworker while I was still standing there. She told me her checkouts were more important so I needed to move to the side while filling paper work out. Then at 3 pm our two rooms that we booked 5 months in advanced for my family of six were not ready and couldn’t even be on the same floor even though we are two adults and four children. We asked for infant cribs about 6 times before they were delivered every time being told they were on their way. Room service was 1.5 hours or more wait time and they always forgot stuff. Reservations for dinner options have to be booked days in advanced and at the other hotel. They won’t even serve you outdoors without a mask. The gift shop worked told me she didn’t have any change and I couldn’t pay with my card because she was ready to close and go home even though it was TWO hours before their closing time. Over all the service was awful! But wait staff was pretty nice and housekeeping was good.”
