Honestly the worst Hilton property i’ve stayed at. My door handle did not work properly. I had to push the handle up very slowly then down slowly to open the door and sometimes that didn’t even work. The only chair in my room had possible urine stains on it. My duvet cover on the bed had a light yellow stain. I asked for a new comforter set and swapped it for the other. When I put it on my bed, my new duvet cover had even worse stains on it. I ended up sleeping with only the waffle blanket provided in the closet. While out the next day I informed the front desk and they seemed reactive. They said they would fix the issues in the room while I was out. At the end of the day when I returned, my room was exactly the same. No one had come. The carpet had questionable brown stains and the wall by the toilet paper holder in the bathroom had what looked like some blood on it. Only truly clean place in my room was the shower. Very disappointed and was a nightmare for my first solo trip.

Cheguei lá tarde da noite para fazer o check-in e as pessoas da recepção estavam sendo um pouco rudes. O quarto que me deram não correspondia ao quarto que reservei online. Depois que entrei no quarto que me deram, sentei na cadeira ao lado da escrivaninha e quase arrebentei a bunda porque uma das pernas da cadeira estava quebrada e o banheiro também não estava muito limpo. I got there late at night to check-in and the front desk people were being a little rude. The room that they gave me did not match the room that I booked online. After I went into the room they gave me I sit in the chair by the desk and almost busted my butt because one of the legs of the chair was broken and the bathroom was not very clean either. So don't waste your money on this place go find a better and cheaper place!!!!!!!!

I was visiting a dear friend of mine who was staying at this property. Whenever he is in town, he usually stays at a Hilton property and has frequented this property plenty of times. My buddy is a very dedicated person to his job and family and he is not someone to make any cause for problems. This afternoon, as he was preparing to take a nap from having a very demanding work morning, one of the managers called his room demanding payment and threatening to kick him out if he did not pay. My friend shows the manager his virtual receipt and instead of her trying to rectify the issue in a professional and respectable manner, she proceeds to blurt out threats and constantly cutting him off while was in the middle of a conversation. She was rude and obnoxiously loud, causing an unnecessary scene and it was obvious she made other guests uncomfortable with the way she was talking to a guest. My friend, Steven Allen Loan, has a great heart for people. I've seen him tip the housekeeping staff to let them know he appreciates their hard work. The manager is unaware of the good deeds this man does whenever he patronizes this property and instead of her trying to rectify the situation, she made it worse by kicking out a person who always make sure his bill is settled prior to his checkout and he makes sure to keep to keep the room in a manner where housekeeping is not overwhelmed. I am highly disappointed in your manager in the way she treated Mr. Loan and I hope there is some type of repercussion done due to her unprofessionalism and tacky demeanor. The corporate office has been notified and Mr. Loan has been in contact with your grievance department. I am writing this as a friend and someone who he himself is a frequent and lot customer.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I gave this rating because I downloaded the Hilton App in order to choose my room and try the digital check in. But when I checked in, I was told that the this location did not honor room requests selected on their App. I selected room 604 (King Studio Suite), but was told that room 604 had been occupied for over a week by the God Brother of the person checking me in. So I was given room 504, which was also a King Suite. The cleanliness of the common areas, elevator and hallways was impeccable. The carpet in my room had some wear and tear and the pull out couch had some obvious stains. I'm not complaining, but I am an Independent Travel Agent and I just want to point out some issues that might have an effect on whether or not I would recommend this hotel to a client. The check out was a breeze. Overall, the space and room set up was very nice.

Rooms were dirty. Broken furniture in the room. No Safe Clean Seal on our door and it was apparent that no action was taken to provide a clean room for our arrival. Cleaning staff admitted they were short on towels for other guests and could not give us additional that we were short when we arrived. breakfast was terrible. other hotels have figured out how to offer a hot breakfast. Call around and confirm before paying these sort of prices for this level of quality.

Very disappointed in the quality of the room. I am a Diamond member, and stay in Hampton Inns all over North and South Carolina. Normally I have no complaints and am very satisfied, but this is ridiculous. No regular coffee for the rooms, only 1 towel in the bathroom, office chair cover ripped, no tissue paper in the dispenser, furniture stained and ripped. I will not stay here again.

Do not stay here. This place is disgusting. Hilton must have missed this property when inspecting for quality because this place is not reflective of a Hilton property at all. I will let the pictures speak for themselves, but this property not only was dirty, it did not bother to adhere to Hilton property Covid cleaning protocols like in every other Hilton property out there.

I can't believe this is a Hilton property! Carpet had indescribable stains smh.... But here's the best part!!! BED BUGS SMH.... The lady at the desk found us an ADA room to sleep in, but I didn't want too sit on the bed, yet along sleep on it. I will NEVER stay here again!!
