“#1 not clean by any means. Oh but they give you a sink and a dishwasher in the room… just no supplies to clean with.
#2 their website offers guests a laundry facility… it’s through a third party vendor who does not answer the phone and the oh so helpful workers know nothing about the machines so when you call down to ask for assistance be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for someone.
#3 they boast about their sushi bar… it’s not even open.
#4 food and drinks are overpriced and bland
#6 what they offer as a “continental breakfast” includes some juice and pastries… for 10 a person. I can go across the street to Panera and more for 10 dollars.

“Great food and very clean rooms. Even though it’s not the closest to the amusement parks but if you want to get out of the main Orlando area crowds and traffic this is the spot. The out door pool and patio area was really nice as well.”
