“#1 not clean by any means. Oh but they give you a sink and a dishwasher in the room… just no supplies to clean with.
#2 their website offers guests a laundry facility… it’s through a third party vendor who does not answer the phone and the oh so helpful workers know nothing about the machines so when you call down to ask for assistance be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for someone.
#3 they boast about their sushi bar… it’s not even open.
#4 food and drinks are overpriced and bland
#6 what they offer as a “continental breakfast” includes some juice and pastries… for 10 a person. I can go across the street to Panera and more for 10 dollars.

“Had all the amenities we needed and the dog could come too! The dog enjoyed the park and did all the runs and had cheers from people on the balconies. The pool had so many activities.. food at the bistro was great.. Stephen and Justin were great at check in and out. We will be back.”
