“Website says courtesy airport shuttle but don't believe it! When I contacted for transport there I was told they did not offer this. Room was clean and comfortable but when we called the desk to tell them we did not have a remote for TV we were told the hotel was sold out and they could get us one in the morning. We leave in the morning.... Shower had very little water pressure fyi and be careful of the door stoppers, almost broke a toe.”

“At first, this place looks clean and well maintained. The lobby is beautiful and very clean. The room's bedsheets and towels were clean and fairly comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of food items each day. However, the carpets in the rooms and the hallways were very dirty as well as the sofa and the chair in the room, so much so that I did not sit on either the chair or the sofa in the room. When we first got to the second floor where our room was you could smell the strong odor of carpet deodorizer trying to mask the dirty carpet but this did not cover the dirt. If they do a good shampoo on the carpets and furniture this hotel could be very nice since it's in a great location where food and other shops are all nearby.”
