“Oct 11-16 2021, 2 rooms - NO HOUSE KEEPING WAS DONE for the entire 5 night stay. Smell of WET CARPET was unbearable. Had to ask the front desk every night for clean towels and toiletries. I understand with covid protocols no more shuttle service and reduced breakfast but the cleaning of the rooms to NIL for 5 night stay was unbearable. DO NOT visit this Hotel . Even the smell of WET CARPET in the Room corridor was too much. Front Desk sympathized but can do nothing.”

“Website says courtesy airport shuttle but don't believe it! When I contacted for transport there I was told they did not offer this. Room was clean and comfortable but when we called the desk to tell them we did not have a remote for TV we were told the hotel was sold out and they could get us one in the morning. We leave in the morning.... Shower had very little water pressure fyi and be careful of the door stoppers, almost broke a toe.”
