“I gave 2 stars only because of their nice staff.
1. Shower head was broken when we checked in. They replaced it for us however, water pressure was always very low during 5 days of our stay.
2. We booked the hotel 5 months in advance they gave us room in level 6 (room 605), a level above outdoor swimming pool. A night before our hiking tour (when we had to wake up at 6am) the hotel had organised a party which went on until 4am, the party eventually ended at 4:45am! I wish they had told me that they would have an overnight party right beneath our window.
When I asked reception to see if they could help us with the situation, they said there’s nothing that they could do and the party ends at 4am.
I’m not sure if it’s common to have an ear splitting noise at anytime in hotels!!
