“Absolutely loved my stay at the Ritz Carlton while traveling through Vienna. Go up to the rooftop if you can to grab a drink. Bed was super comfortable. The staff were wonderful. I would stay here again! Thanks Ritz for always going above and beyond.”

“We visited here before going to the concert next door on Sunday evening. When we arrived the bar was busy with no tables available so we sat in the lobby. Have no problem with this as I enjoy chilling in the lobby seating. 30 minutes later the bar member came to find us and said he had prepared a table for us in the bar. We never requested a table in the bar, this was down to his detail to attention and attentive service. We went to our table and asked for the wine menu, the sommelier came over and went through the wine list in detail 👌 our visit was very pleasant and we will return and stay in the spring, thank you.”
