“Overall a good hotel. We stayed here for a weekend, and it had everything you'd expect of a 5-star hotel. The room was large, with plenty of storage space and a nice bathroom.
The only area that was a slight disappointment was breakfast. The space is extremely cramped, the food selection is limited, and they are not so attentive when it comes to taking/preparing orders. Both I and the person on the next table were given omelettes with nothing inside (which wasn't what we'd ordered), and my partner and I were also brought the wrong coffees.

“Rooms are well kept and well cleaned.
The service is surprisingly slow and unmatched by the high standards the hotel supposedly has. The staff both at the restaurants and hotel were polite to us, however, the rooms and service were inconsistent throughout our stay. As per protocol, the hotel charges an extra €200 per room for any additional charges which then takes over a week after check out to refund back into your account. It's a nice antique building with modern amenities but I wouldn't recommend staying for longer than a couple of days.”
