“For several reason during my check in
I was asked for a credit card for incidentals and my co-worker was not as a African American woman I was taken back by the underline racism also my room was cold with no way to adjust the temperature the next day I was not provided room service so I came in to a un cleaned room I also experience a really rude shuttle driver It was clear.
me getting out of the shuttle was not his concern so he did not offer to open the door for me and left me to struggle getting out of the shuttle to make matters worst at the end of my stay I was charged for my entire bill when the bill should have been under my corporations account I phoned the front dest and spoke with Alex. He informed me my bill would be corrected and someone would contact me the next day that did not happen I had to call back and spoke with Penn from accounting although she did assist me she found my inconvenience funny. I stayed here from 1/4 to 1/11 23 and I can SAY I WILL NEVER. STAY HERE AGAIN And will discuss not to use this Marriott' with my Organization Worst Stay Ever!”

“A little weekend getaway with my eldest, as a belated Christmas present. She was excited for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was filled with dirt/mulch and plants...why? Our relaxing night away was less than exciting as the pool was also a little dirty. Staff was great and very professional, but this was a huge bummer.”
