Our room was beautiful and spacious and packed with many amenities. We even had a fairly secluded deck with a great view. But it was a hot night and our AC wouldn't cool the room under 75 F which diminished the experience. Also they double charged us for our room. We booked and paid for the room with our Company Credit Card and gave them our personal Credit Card for incidentals. They charged my personal card and the company card. When we confronted them about it, they said that because we used Hotels.com to book, that caused confusion. Overall if I were to stay there again, I would test the AC out first.

Quick one night stay. All good , it just seemed like the hot water took along time to arrive to the 3rd floor room in the white pine section of rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful

Stay here!!! Mary Ellen was an amazing bartender and representative for Hyatt. If you are lucky you will get her on one of her bartending shifts and she will entertain you while providing amazing service. That said, make other plans for breakfast. The resort dropped 2 stars for their mishandling of that meal. We waited in line 22 minutes to even order food, and an interminable wait after to actually receive it. The Hyatt also protects their coffee like golden treasure, charged per cup and only after another wait while the single cashier pours it. Either of the 2 front desk associates standing idly by could easily have jumped in as assistant cashiers to speed up the process immensely.

My husband and I stayed at The Hyatt Centric in PC this past weekend for our wedding! We had the most amazing stay. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and every staff member we encountered was so helpful and kind. Doris Rodriguez, the event and sales manager helped us book our hotel room block for guests as well as our own suite. She was patient with our many questions, and quick to answer our emails. Her responses were so friendly and understanding every time. She is truly amazing. We would highly recommend staying at The Hyatt for a wedding weekend or just a weekend away.

We stayed here for our anniversary. We found it from Air BNB. Even though there was construction down the corner we had to drive past. It was kept out of the way and easy to travel past. When we got to checkin, the staff was friendly and helpful. Once we got to the room, it was clean and inviting with smooth jazz playing. It’s changed the way I travel. I’ll be staying in places like this from here on out. Especially since it cost barely more than a typical hotel. Since ours was a private stay, our hosts were Heather and Beau. They were great hosts and checked in with us regularly. We loved our stay!
