“Na verdade, no início, encontrei problemas com outros hóspedes que não seguiram o protocolo e as regras de proibição de fumar. Isso me incomodou porque eu escolhi especificamente um processo de hotel não-fumante por questões de saúde. Também estou aqui a negócios e me senti desprezado porque a Corporação anuncia como sendo "favorável aos negócios", mas parecia o centro do partido. Eventualmente, minhas necessidades foram atendidas e estou muito feliz agora. Eu sei que você não pode controlar outras pessoas ou falhas de equipamento, etc., mas eu senti que isso tinha que ser resolvido. Eles estão bem comigo! A administração é excelente e fez o que era necessário para consertar a situação. Eu amo isso aqui! Jason, Zyla ', Crystal, Sheila, Pia, Dre e a equipe de limpeza receberam uma avaliação de 5 estrelas minha ❤❤❤❤ Agradeço pessoalmente. 🙏🏼”

“Entry door makes a loud gunshot like bang just to go in. No trays for the continental breakfast, not even a coffee carrier. I had to carry up 2 coffees and two hot waters back to the room. Thats a liability waiting to happen. Tv in living room space had no volume. Solution offered was to move to another room later in the day. Mini fridge did not get very cold. The hotel itself was very night. We have stayed before. We were charged an extra $100 and now just waiting to see why and if it will be refunded before I call and complain.”
